My Biology teacher is a great teacher, and he has a great personality....... but!

He doesn't believe in John Edwards, Tony Robbins, (is it Tony Roberts?) or the Pet Psychic.

He also does not believe in taking any nutritional supplements.

Hmmmm. I just wonder how anyone can exist and not believe in anything unless there is proof?????? How can people be so standardized and not realize that they are a Spiritual entity, ***a Soul*** inside of a physical shell with meta-physical capabilities?

Isn't not believing in anything without proof, similar to being a robot who only does what he has been programmed to do by someone else????????

Well thanks for listening to my rambling.

Well, by not believing in nutritional supplements, that sort of leads me to think he's not a very good biologist or scientist.

Ha ha ha Yeah, but he sure *thinks* he is a good one.
really, though, he does have a great teaching style, he has a good sense of humour and makes the class fun.

(even though he doesn't believe in anything, ha ha ha)

I thought Tony Robbins (or Roberts) was a positive/supporter/motivator type? What's not to believe about positive thinking?????

You know how he told me that he doesn't believe in the Pet Psychic?

I was telling him how I watched an episode of Jeff Corwin where he had 2 snakes, one was a mimic of the other; they both looked similar, one was poisonous, one wasn't. Anyhow, I told him I watch a lot of Animal Planet. He said, "oh, that's good, except for that pet psychic stuff!" I replied, "Oh! I love that!!!" He said, "It's not true!!! They always only generalize, they never give details about the pet." I attempted to reply that I've watched it a lot and they did give details, and was immediately cut off with "No, they don't!!!!!"

And that was that.

Randall,

Funny LOL I think I am getting an "A". I was getting an "A" before the final. the final wasn't as hard as his other tests. I don't know when grades come out though to know for sure, though.

On 6/20 I start summer school and I am taking Trig!!!

Any Trig/Math geeks out there? actually, I have become *quite* the math geek.

Randall, that sounds great!! You know what? My english classes have a "reader". Which is different than the teacher. So the teacher tells me what to do on my essays, and then the reader rips them apart. It's very frustrating because I do what the teacher says, but then the reader criticizes it. I would really appreciate your feedback when I write the essays.

Virgotaurustuauras, Yes, I'm going to school full time. I am a Bio major too!! I am studying to become a Wildlife Biologist. I am currently volunteering at Wildcare, taking care of baby birds on Saturdays. I love it. We both must be on the semester system. My friend goes to UC Davis and she is on the quarter system, she doesn't get out until 6/17.
