OH WOWI have been downloading songs from iTune recently, and I decided to get 'Ben' by Michael Jackson and J5...... His heartbreaking voice singing such a heartfelt song, about his real pet rat. I don't care what anyone says about him- he probably has the most beautiful voice I've ever heard. This song will move any animal lover. Why not check it out and listen to the words and the emotion they are sung with. It is so sincere. And too beautiful too simply be dismissed as soppy and 'sentimental'- I hate it when anyone uses that word to dismiss the EMPATHY of animal lovers which is truly a STRENGTH, not a weakness. I loved that song since ot first came out. First there was a movie "Willard" then came out the second part to that movie "BEN" That's where the song came from.IP: Logged |

It didn't come from the movie though. The song is a true story about the love Michael Jackson had for a pet rat  IP: Logged |
