Some cats may not have the urge to hunt, which causes them to lose some of their body fat, which is what helps to keep them insulated and warmer. I kept the cat warm by snuggling the cat with my arms, that way I could "transfer" my body heat.

A gust of wind came and I cuddled harder and at the same time I could feel the cat snugging harder.

Best feeling in the world!.
