Please pray for him. His name is Ven. He has had a very tough life, but never lost hope and kept on fighting. He's very sickly, thin, and almost crippled... but he has had the longest life among cats that had been with us aside from his mother. They were strays that took shelter with us. He always held on trying to survive... and went back to us during his last moments. He died beside the spot his twin brother died on several years ago... it really breaks my heart... please send him loving thoughts, he deserves every bit of it. We probably aren't the best owners for him, yet he still gave us unconditional love. We love him so much... despite our shortcomings, I hope he feels this. His life will forever be an inspiration to me... I knew there would come a time, but I guess one could never truly be ready... it's still so sad... Wherever he is, I know he would be happy as there can no longer be pain... he could finally be together with his brother again where they could play once more, and for forever. He's the bravest and strongest cat I've ever known... Be happy now Ven, I love you. IP: Logged |
