I am a cat lover and have two rescued cats.My winter town in South Texas is run over with feral cats! Thousands and thousands of feral cats reproducing daily! The little town is dusty and sandy. It is a natural litter box. Cats pass round worms and other parasites with their feces. It is amazingly easy to pick up these parasites. Roundworms affect the brain synapses and cause depression and a sort of dumbing down. I do not like to see the cats hurt but thousands of human beings are being negatively affected. TNR is slow working and the cats still live and defecate where children play and where dust and sand blow with the parasites left with the feces... What are your opinions IP: Logged |

I think they are basically tnr trapping. Good group from what I've read.I am asking folks if they think some extermination is necessary. IP: Logged |

Not sure about the state of Texas which is huge but in my little area they brought up the problem at city council and never mentioned it again.IP: Logged |
