The planned publication of a "forbidden" Gospel of Judas is set to reawaken a centuries-old controversy over the man who betrayed Jesus.read more: Forbidden Gospel ------------------ Welcome Home to GhostVillage IP: Logged |

There are many gospels of "Judas". http://www.earlychristianwritings.com/gospeljudas.html And there were several men who were called Judas. So it will interesting to see if this is a later Gnostic work done in the first century or later...or actually something really "new" that predates the ones already translated. I am not holding my breath. There was a big hoopla some years back about the "Secret Gospel of Mark" too. We will see if this is for real or only more hype and controvery rather than truth.IP: Logged |
