Thanks NoSis. Mannu, quote: Please research Wilcock if you can. Take his best teachings and leave the rest.
Leave the rest? What makes you so sure you have the answers and he doesn't? No offense, I'm just asking, thats all. IP: Logged |

Because even he says he does not know it all. So now if he does not trust himself why should I?

Good point, Mannu.None of us know it all. That's the nature of our reality. IP: Logged |

= quote: The proof is in the pudding, the jesus pudding
The words I read tonight in an email from a friend, sum up, I think, the issue of Jesus (for me anyway):
"As far as your question about Jesus, this is the way I see it. Throughout history many great teachers have appeared to guide us towards the realisation of who we really are. Round about two thousand years ago such a teacher appeared in the land of Palestine. The small remnants of his teachings which remain pure and unadulterated are very profound and should be treasured and heeded as they help to point us in the right direction. Unfortunately most of the teachings of this man have either become distorted, lost or politicized, and the history of his life has become entangled with myth and superstition. We need to use the power of discernment to take from these stories those things which are beneficial to us". IP: Logged |
