Agnostic/Spiritual when I came to LL in March 2005.
Atheist now.
A few things happened betwixt 2010 and 2012 that caused me to become an atheist.
Some atheists say I am not a true atheist; even though the strict definition is:

a person who disbelieves or lacks belief in the existence of God or gods
Many atheists are very rude to me because I still believe/theorize that ESP and the concept that our consciousness continue after physical death of our bodies; ansd reincarnation.
Many atheists also do not believe in the possibility of aliens/life on other worlds, nor parallel dimensions and so forth.
As far as I am concerned;
that is as narrow minded as religious thinking is.
So yes;
as a person who does not believe in god(s);
I am an atheist.
I do have several theories as to things that may have caused humanity to believe in the existence of god(s).
Will post more about that on a new thread once I get it written up in notepad.------------------
