It is most thought provoking. Stresses on Knowing and Inner Feeling. On respecting subjective reality. Helps understand orthodox religions and control mechanisms of the planet. Helps appreciate the Divine Feminine. Definitely has my thumb sup IP: Logged |

Thanks iQ and Ariehnox, I was just introduced to it and was amazed at how much it corresponds to my feelings and conscious perceptions. I had heard the name many times, just never looked into it. IP: Logged |

The author John Lamb Lash believes that Gnosticism was a path/ spirituality that most of the world followed at one time, if I recall what he said in interviews correctly, and so it had an innumerable amount of branches, groups, all diverse in their expressions. Gnosticism, according to him, basically means inner knowledge.IP: Logged |

------------------ "All deaths are suicides, do you realize that? Every single one. The only distinction is that, with some people, suicide is a subconscious choice, and with others it's a conscious choice. Otherwise, those who commit suicide and those who succumb to accident, illness or "old age," die for exactly the same reason: belief in the inevitability of death." Linda Goodman IP: Logged |

I somehow do not endorse Gnosticism or its teachings. I do think it starts with the temptation of adam and eve with the idea that they could become gods in their own right. The essence of all human sin is the attempt to obtain power on Man’s terms and not according to Creators terms. Gnosticism is connected to freemasonry and illuminati as well. It is nothing but acquiring of power whether it be through just or even unjust means. I probably think unjust means is used by gnostics of the left hand path and lawful means to achieve the same by gnostics of the right hand path. "The essence of Gnosticism is that salvation is by secret, hidden knowledge; knowledge that one must be initiated into by adepts, mystics, prophets, or elites. The details of that knowledge may change from religion to religion and from culture to culture, but the essence is always salvation requires that secret knowledge. Furthermore that “secret” knowledge is always superior to that which God revealed in Scripture." source http://christian-civilization.org/articles/of-gnosticism-secret-societies-and-conspiracy-theories/ IP: Logged |

I do not endorse any religion, including Gnosticism. Food for thought but not to be taken at pure face value literally. Cosmicism is worth a look but again, take nothing as 100% true without empirical evidence. ------------------ ~The present time is theirs, but the future is mine.~Nikola Tesla ~There is no box.~H♥ ~Balance is not letting anyone love you less than you love yourself.~Felipe ~I remember, therefore I am immortal~LEXX }><}}}(*>~

It is confusing. I follow my gut more than I admit. Bad deeds come back home to me, and I may or may not know the results of good ones. sometimes its just breaking even.. Trial by fire.
