This is from a Biblical perspective so I am saying that up front.
I think that so many of our troubles are rooted in influences from this spiritual dimension.
I see that as I heal.

I think that many of the things from which we suffer such as depression is from spiritual forces which fight for us .
I read the book The Stand before I became a Christian.
It touched that primal part of me that "knew"
We,all,have it.
We know truth when we see it,hear it,feel it.
We were born with that "knower"

All Steven Kings books ,even the ones where ghosts pop out from the closet,are about good versus evil.

PS--He became commercialized at a certain point and this did not hold true but his earlier books,which had his heart,imo,were about good vs evil

The Stand is his best work,imo.
You feel the struggle of good versus evil within people and in the greater society.

You see where evil takes you and where good takes you.

Rules for living with other people get simpler.

Perhaps,many of our battles to the death are not battles with ourselves or even with others but battles with the unseen dimension which is as close as our breath.

I have been told by someone that see's Angels that I have 3 Angels with me.. They guide me..

All three of their names start with a G.
They call themselves the 3 G's...

I found that interesting because this person knew nothing about me at all.. But for the most part I met ALOT of people with G names..
Even both Pisces and Gem their intitals are GG..
It got so bad before I swore off any man who had G in their name... LOL

This is not to contradict anything you are doing or working on, This is just from my own personal experiences.

I originally labeled things good and evil.

Now i label them Positive or Negative.

It is a trick of the brain, Evil causes thoughts of fear.

Fear will hold you back in your explorations.

Replace fear with caution.

Caution is good or positive, however you like.

Note: I just want to be sure you do not think I am busting on you. I just hope this might help you progress.

even though i am not religious in the christian sense and dont believe the bible, i do believe in angels and demons/god and the devil

and i found it interesting when i read about your angels whose names start with G and most of the people you'v known had a G in their name, including me....my last name starts with a G...which is part of the reason for my username, Nicki being my favorite nickname and then my last initial

Yeah no problem.

Just different life experiences.

I have had some things become de-mystified in my life.

After I lost my cool with truetaurus in another thread, I am just gonna hang back a little and watch what happens.

Note: I usually interject when a see another person going down the same road I have, and If I know it leads to a dead end, I will say something.

But people want to see the dead end for themselves, Personal experience is what most people value.

Note: Due to my design, I was able to be pulled back from some very dark places, Most would not be able to I would imagine.

I have a engine in me that keeps turning, (this is a right brain thought)

I think when we get thoughts of worthlessness or self harm, these could be from the next dimension,evil spirits.

I woke up at 3 AM. The most awful depression came over me.
It was like it was in every cell.
I started to panic but then I did a Meditation for Painful emotions.
In this meditation,you pull the painful emotions toward you,not push them away

I pulled the feeling in to me.I held it until it wanted to go.
I could,also,SEE how I held on to distortions about my life,myself.
It,finally,left and I felt peaceful.I think a spirit of Depression left me.
Afterwards,I felt clean,inside.
That was my main feeling,that and peace.
I share this to help anyone who is reading,not to argue about it which I won't.

The other thing that happened was a sense that I knew what was important in life
I realized that love was all that mattered and was at the root of everything.
I felt like someone on a drug trip who says"Man,,this is all cosmic" lol
However,it felt that way like a shift in consciousness.
Today,I feel a little shaken,too.
I know I need to go through it several more times to clear more distortions away.
It was scary and unsettling even though it was a great release,too.
