http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1959490/?ref_=nv_sr_1 "Taglines: Rediscover the epic story of one man and the most remarkable event in our history." quote: The most remarkable event... in our history? Are they serious? Noah and his "Ark" are now part of actual history?
I figured it was only a matter of time before they started running out of marvel hero's to make movies out of, and switch to alternatives such as this. But choosing to take itself so seriously... Dafaq did I just see... ------------------ You can't handle my level of Tinfoil! ~ {;,;}

Not everyone thinks it's fiction, as can be seen here: http://news.msn.com/us/costco-apologizes-for-california-bible-flap?ocid=ansnews11 I once saw a display in a store of "Fantasy" with Harry Potter and the like...and the Bible. I've always wondered how long the Bible was included in that section and how many fits got thrown over it. IP: Logged |

Saw a trailer for a new movie called The Son Of God. It looked good. Jesus was very laid-back. IP: Logged |

It looked cool as in might be fun to watch. Looked better than the remake of Clash of the Titans anyway. IP: Logged |

I've changed my mind about seeing Son of God (now playing) as it just sounds tedious and not worth the time & money (not even at the discount cinemas). But one thing I'm curious about: how did the movie spin Jesus cleansing the temple (where he went Black Bloc on people there for profit & capitalism)? And did it include how he destroyed a fig tree after? If so, how was that portrayed? Did he seem "nice" as he did it or was he in a foul mood? IP: Logged |

Need for Speed comes out this week. Part of it was filmed where I live (especially the part where the car goes off the bridge). IP: Logged |

Given the intense popularity of movies like Saw I think they should make movies from the Bible like this (no one under 18 allowed in): http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Ezekiel+23 IP: Logged |

Even better!A Tesla-level genius is working for the Taliban (or maybe the Taliban are X-Men type mutants) who alter the weather for destruction and use retroviral weapons (or powers) to punish countries that tolerate homosexuality. When the US Government moves to put these Taliban on a watch list then many Republicans says no, we should instead cave to the Taliban and stop tolerating gays, as this one did: http://talkingpointsmemo.com/livewire/susanna-atanus-illinois-r epublican-gay-marriage-autism-dementia-tornadoes Granted, she thought it was God doing it, but who is going to hold God to lower moral standards than the Taliban? I bet this movie would become a cult classic. IP: Logged |

Bill Maher on the subject: http://www.dailykos.com/story/2014/03/15/1284956/-Bill-Maher-attacks-Noah-s-Ark-story# quote: But the thing that's really disturbing about Noah isn't the silly. It's that's it's immoral. It's about a psychotic mass murderer who gets away with it, and his name is God. Genesis says God was so angry with himself for screwing up when he made mankind so flawed — rrrrr — that he sent the flood to kill everyone! Everyone! Men, women, children, babies. What kind of tyrant punishes everyone just to get back at the few he's mad at? I mean, besides Chris Christie. (audience laughter and applause)Hey God, you know you're kind of a dick when you're in a movie with Russell Crowe, and you're the one with anger issues
