LOL...

Basically, on a forum, some things I say, I don't want in the permanent record, and I don't want them to be seen by everyone.

Still it's nice if I talk to people on a frequent basis, and they retain some idea of who I am.

ETA: And I was just kidding when I said I took offense that he didn't read my posts.

Cause... one time you mentioned the toddler pushing you around - as if you were a big teddy bear.

My six year-old pushes me around like a teddy bear...I'm laughing because I don't remember mentioning this on the forum. Oh, the crazy stuff I say here.

ETA: He's a really good kid though The joke is just that he is supernaturally strong. And boisterous, sometimes.

Thus, the balance of your understanding is basically - the balance of your mind and the condition in which it works best.

quote:
. So you have to practice again - and find your balance. Same goes with your mind. As result to all the changes from your life - and its adaptations to different and newer lifestyle - you can loose that balance to a certain extent.

I really like this observation. That's really good...gonna write that one down.

quote:
But even more than that, since the mind - is more complex than the body in its evolution - it's quite possible that - your mind works differently right now - and you have to rediscover yourself from this point of view (how you think and what conditions you require for optimal performance). There can be a lot chaos - in the mind of those who lose themselves in their path through life. ^^ Which is not a bad thing for everybody - cause some are at their best in chaos (they can find their way easily - as if everything it's at its place) and at their worst in order (they have a hard time finding their way - though all that order, they feel both lost and loose things).

Right! I'm cut and pasting just to repeat the idea, for extra emphasis.

quote:
Well, Astrology (same as most religions of this world) - is based on ancient archetypes and probbaly the Jungian version fits the best

That's kinda...too complex for me to wrap my head around just now. But just to dabble in it for a second, Wikipedia talks about the shadow archetype:

The shadow is a representation of the personal unconscious as a whole and usually embodies the compensating values to those held by the conscious personality. Thus, the shadow often represents one's dark side, those aspects of oneself that exist, but which one does not acknowledge or with which one does not identify.

I'm wondering what in astrology would correlate to that...hmmm.

I was thinking of archetypes while looking at some of this stuff about Romania...because you have the oldest human remains ever found there...unless they were moved and aren't there anymore. But it got me thinking that the natural resources of your area, like gold in particular, may have shaped the archetypes? Maybe it's just me thinking about all kinds of ancient things in one big mental puddle.

Anyway, thanks for your insights.

And he wandered away and away
With Nature, the dear old nurse,
Who sang to him night and day
The rhymes of the universe.

And whenever the way seemed long,
Or his heart began to fail,
She would sing a more wonderful song,
Or tell a more marvellous tale.

That poem starts so sweet... ^^ and then gets a bit sanding in the end. :(

Oh and to be on topic - awhile back i found this modern version of Jesus: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W2Cv5hZfOmk - which might explain some things about Religions.

PS.Sorry for the off-topic PJ and everyone else. The Archetypes were fitting though... my bad.

PS2.And Faith, when that time will come and if you're still interested in this profession - I'm sure you'll make a wonderful nurse - as you already prove to have what it takes - all the necessary qualities. ;)

PS3.Thanks - as well, wish you the same. :)
