unknown source (sent to me by my mom) Soul Role and Functions The soul is basically our mind, our emotions, and our will. It is who we are as human beings. But it is also used to express God. As written in Luke 1:46-47, Mary’s Song, “And Mary said: My soul glorifies the Lord and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior.” In this verse, we can see that Mary uses her soul to glorify God and then uses the spirit to rejoice in what God has done to save her. Glorifying God is a human behavior and human responsibility. We express our humanity to God through our soul, and we magnify His power and presence through our soul. Although we express God’s magnanimity in our soul, we can never express God’s power through our soul because it is our humanity. We can do good works and be godly and still fall short. We can never express God’s love for us through our soul alone. We then need the spirit to express God’s love. What Is a Spirit According to the Bible?
Let us go back to Luke 1:46-47. Mary rejoices about God’s love shown through His only begotten son through her spirit. This means that she enjoyed and experienced God through her spirit. The expression of God’s love is through our spirit. While the soul is the source of our expression through our humanity, it has its limitations and the only way we can experience God is through our spirit. The soul is merely a channel. Let us go back to our imagery of the parts. The body is the outer level, followed by the soul and the spirit is the core. The expression of love to God paved the way through the soul. We first magnify God’s power and grace, and then we express and experience it fully through our spirit. The function of the spirit is spiritual. The spirit is the only way to connect with God, and we can only use the spirit if we believe in God and receive Him through our Lord Jesus Christ’s salvation.
In Romans 8:4, we are reminded by this as stated, “In order that the righteous requirement of the law might be fully met in us, who do not live according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.” This verse demands us to walk with our spirit and that means living a life according to the spirit and not our soul. The way of the spirit is the way of God. The spirit came to us through Jesus Christ. He lived amongst us and became human and for this reason, he has given us the gift of connecting with God through our spirit. What Is the Difference between Soul and Spirit?
It is a blessing that we have three parts, the body, the soul, and the spirit. All of these parts have specific functions. The body is our physical functions and here we feel our physical senses such as the sense of sight, taste, smell, hear, and touch. The soul on the other hand is our humanity that makes us feel emotions. It is our way to magnify God through our human limitations. Finally, the spirit is our spiritual and deeper connection with the Lord. We express our love to God and Jesus Christ through our spirit because this is one of the gifts that Christ gave us when he became human and died for our sins. And thus, we can only use the spirit if we believe in God and Christ and if we do the ways of the spirit.
—- because my journey and belief system includes reincarnation, I’m keen to interpret the soul as our karma (reason for incarnating into a body), whereas the spirit is exclusively the divine. My mom and I were discussing how everyone has a soul, and the difference between individuals who have chosen to walk the path of the spirit, versus those who function only from their soul.

Nice post.
Jesus (Jews zeus) is not the only son of God and we are not bustards . There is no one out there -- cannot be --- the one is in all and the all is all that there is. Hard to put in to words. Certainly Jesus is more spiritually evolved than us human beings who are born to the earth and condemned to die and not rise unless we achieve what he did. Die twice and be born in to eternity. Our baptism ritual is a symbollic representation of that concept.
Your posts has sparked many thoughts in me. Astrologically speaking , the sun is depicted as a circle -- soul. Moon is spiritual (crescent). Cross is the earth divided in to 4 regions (north, south, west and east).
Mercury is the crown prince with a crescent over the circle and a cross under the circle. Jupiter (representing Jesus) (crescent over the cross). Saturn representing Satan .
To live (is evil). But we must and be grateful to each planet what it wants to teach us. Jews of the world and elitist worships saturn . It represents banks , government and control and power. Jupiter represents , spirit over matter. It should not reject matter. Balance is the name of the game. World will create symbollogy and exploit the masses to rule over them. But a student of esoteric mysticisms must be smart and rise above all. When you look at each chart , let each symbol of planet speak to you. Based on your vibrations, you will understand the truth meant for you.
This year christmas falls on a saturday , saturns day. There is more restriction and control. I believe Thursdays(Jupiter -- Jews Zeus) are best for christmas. But I will celebrate christmas like never before because I have learnt so much of this world.

Sun=Spirit and Higher self. Nonphysically speaking, it is the realm/dimension of the teachers/guides/helpers and last timers who are fully conscious of their connection to their Higher/Expanded self and all the (probably) thousands of other, connected Souls within same. These do not need to be in this system anymore--they could go to more expanded and faster vibratory systems, (and sometimes they do), but some stay to serve/help/retrieve/guide in this system. Sometimes they choose to leave, but then come back for service reasons. Aurally and energetically, this is a golden light level. The individuals within same all have a core of golden light emanation. They can have other colors/vibrations within their field, but this is their primary/predominant emanation.

Thanks GCE..I had a dream in which i was in a helicopter. Something potent is happening all around us.
Yep , the sun is a gigantic machine and is a doorway to other parts of the universes. It's shadow is known by those of higher beings. Egyptians depict the symbol of U shaped ornament around the head of the pharoahs and queens. It means they have the knowledge of the sun. The next time you look at their paintings , hope you remember me 
I am human being of 3rd dimension and have much to learn from the highers up. I am in no rush  Just as they can teach us, we too are a lesson for them. They do learn from us. Hehehehe...

Just as the sun is just a mechanical device -- the soul is like the sun. The energy.. But it is the spirit the essense of all things in the universe, seen and unseen that moves and creates the experience for the soul. And just as the sun is connected to other stars in the universe , so are we all connected in a giant spider web. Science and religion agrees on one thing. Scientists say they observed the photon behaves totally different when the observer is observing in the Youngs double slit experiment. Religion says , we the spirit, are also experiencing. Jesus attained to the zero point energy and could say "I am the light", " I am the etc"....it doesn't sound egoistic when he says that. So are we to come to the center point -- be still and say what he could and understand what he meant. "Ye are gods". IT is very important to understand that.

The soul is the recording device for all our incarnations.
The sould can split off under certain circumstances whilst it is in the process of dying.
If whilst dying the aspects and memories associated with the current life that is ending,
is out on an OBE, also known as an out of body experience,
and is not in body at the time of the main part of the soul leaving the body as that part leaves the body
the there betwixt the body and the obe will snap immediately and the part out on the obe cannot get back into the body after that but must fall into the rest cycle as n new soul.
when this part will when reincarnated be a new soul to speak with memories of
only one or no other life times.
This is how soul clusters form.
This is how twin souls are created.
This is what causes a person to seem to
be an old soul or a new soul.
I feel that there are no new souls
and that there are only split offs causing
many new versions split from any or all versions over and over incrementally one or more times from the original and even from every split off version.
That could explain overpopulation and so forth.
This planet was not meant to house so many humans.
I wonder how many souls were in the beginning?
Souls can possibly be created a few other ways artificially. We are after all each a record of all our experiences and in essence
our awareness of self gives rise to sapience.
We are programs one could say that have recording functions and are housed in our physical form as to be able to interface with the world consciously self aware.
Artificially produced minds and soul combinations are not impossible.

Interesting!! Can AI have its own thoughts?Covid 19 (Covid A I)... That is when it all begins here on this planet, humanity is awakening gradually to all aspects of reality. Yes I firmly believe an can have its own thoughts just like any self aware
creature.
Of course it must reach the stage of random curiosity.
Yes magic is all around us indeed.
However in the long run magic is in my opinion unproven science.
There is a process for all things in the universe and even what is deemed as magic does indeed have behind its' seemingly esoteric state, it can indeed be explained when the time is right to know.😎

Hmm, the sign is jinxed? Didn't know that. But some people do sell their soul to become superstars . Well atleast the movies have raised our awareness about intelligent lives out there and on sexuality and other things. Every thing in life is like double edged sword. It can kill but also serve as a good utility.
