I just finished reading the numerology chapter on the Star Signs book and I was wondering if there were some people in here born on the 4 or 22 of the month and what your thoughts were as far as what Linda wrote.IP: Logged |

Even though I am dealing with a LOT and our lives are better here in the USA comparing to other countries (I specially know that being from Peru) I can't help to feel as if I have a HUGE weight over my shoulders and this time I am not just responsible for me but other people which it makes it even more exhausting. Nam, I'm sure you are a bit puzzled or dismayed after reading the information on the "4"s in Star Signs. So was I when I first read about my birthdate, one of the "8"s. I am married to a "4" and when I read that section and the stuff about the relationship of the 4/8, I was stunned. It really resonated with me as truth. What's more, I found that there were too many 8s and 4s in our lives to be attributed to coincidence - just like Linda said. Even with that said, I am still not sure how one birhtdate number can influence your whole life. I would put more faith in an astological reading based on my exact time of birth. I also wonder how the Law Of Attraction plays into all of this. I quess I'm still sorting this out. IP: Logged |

Thanks I decided to take it as a good luck omen, or as something I "need" to find myself. Although I do want to move out of the house though.I also had a very vivid dream not long ago where the number 175 was being told to me and echoed many times. 1+7+5=13..... <----- see, are things things odd or what?!? But as I said, I decided to take this as a good thing and/or a necessary evil. IP: Logged |

Wow, all those 4s and your dream. If you move because of the numbers, try to find a house that adds down to "1". I have read in a few places that the "1" energy works well with "4"s.

Thanks guys, I am sure I will be fine! I just thought it was so odd that here I am reading this book then all of the sudden I look around me and the numbers directly attahced to me and they are all 4s, to make things even worse and while this is fresh in my mind, I go to pick up a couple things at the grocery store and my bill is 22.00 is like "someone" is having a lot of fun with me LOL But... as I said, I am not letting this bring me down, all the opposite, I like the challenge. let's just hope it doesn't get any more challenging though ..... What ever this 4/22 thing is, it has certainly gotten your attention. Maybe discoveries like this are meant to wake us up and help us live our lives more consciously, as artlovesdawn put so beautifully. Best of luck to you. IP: Logged |

Yes, this 4 and 8 connection can create quite a spiral in one's head when we become conscious of it. The magic of the universe really opens up when you begin to really watch things happen. One thing I learned, however, is that all this knowledge can have strong effects on one's internal being. Whatever the circumstances of the number, know that it is what you do with yourself that is more important. There are signs everywhere, but this does not command your action. It is quite possible that a 4 and 8 couple could very well cultivate a deeper lOve than any of us have ever experienced, though sages may deem it unlikely. In Love and Respect, IP: Logged |

I'm an 8. Born on the 26th. I don't mind it, and I embrace it occasionally (mostly at the gas station by picking pump 8 ).IP: Logged |

LOL @ AGI read this reply earlier and I just went to put gas on my car, I would have never thought of looking at the pump number but since you put it in my head now I had to pick 11 over 13 LOL This is too funny. (might as well laugh) IP: Logged |

I was born on the 22nd. I don't have Star Signs with me but I'll have to look that up as far as what it says. And if you are figuring out what your home number reduces to, how much of your home address do you use? house number, street number (and do you use the word street?), city, state and zip or just house number? And for your birthday, do you add the month, day and year or do you just go by the day? Or am I making this all too complicated? lol!IP: Logged |

Okay, so I brought my Star Signs to work with me today lol. I have a few questions for anyone in the know...I do have a lot of things turn up with the number 5. On pg 134 it says.. quote: 5 is the number of the planet Mercury, ruler of Gemini and Virgo (until the true ruler of Virgo, Vulcan, is discovered).
This caught my eye because I am a Virgo. What is the reference to Vulcan? Never heard of that, so I'm curious. I was born on the 22nd... So here's what it says in Star Signs on pg. 201 about the number 22. quote: Submission-and Caution 22 is symbolized by the ancients as a "Good Man, blinded by the folly of others, with a knapsack on his back, full of errors." In the image he seems to offer no defense against a ferocious tiger which is about to attack him. It's a warning number of illusion and delusion. It indicates a good person (or entity) who live's in a fool's paradise; a dreamer of dreams who awakens only when surrounded by danger, when it's often too late. It warns of mistakes in judgement, of placing faith in those who are not trustworthy. If 22 is the birth number, the person it represents should exercise extreme caution and watchfulness (since the birth number cannot be altered) in both career and personal matters. The karmic obligation here is to be more alert, to curb "spiritual laziness," and develop more spiritual agressiveness - to realize your own power to change things, to prevent failure by simply ordaining success. When this personal responsibility is recognized, practiced, and finally mastered, the 22 person can be in control of events, no longer blinded by the folly of others, and will see ideas achieved and dreams realized. Anyone born on the 22nd day of any month needs to carefully read this section about the numbers 4 and 8, beginning on page 211.
I have this uncanny ability to trust people I shouldn't, which is stated above about us 22's. And I tend to be a dreamer. I learn by trial and error. And as far as being spiritually lazy..I've always chalked it up to my ADD, but I'll admit, it has some to do with just kind of giving up on what I don't understand. But lately, I'm more spiritually curious. So it said to read a bit about 4's and 8's. And what I said above about trial and error made me laugh just now. On pg. 190 it says... quote: The number 8 vibrates to the planet Saturn. It represents wisdom, learning through experience, stability, patience, and responsibility. 8 is also the number of financial security, caution, restriction, self-discipline and self-control.
And then the number 4 on pg. 183 says... quote: The number 4 vibrates to the planet Uranus. It represents individualism, originality, inventiveness, and tolerance. 4 is the number of unconventional behavior and sudden, unexpected events - also of genius.
Without quoting the whole 4 paragraph, it says that it's characteristics applies to those of us born on the 22nd. And I do have to say most of the above sounds like me.. Things that aren't so much like me are financial security (I suck when it comes to money) caution (not really), self-discipline (nope) and self-control (laughs). and I'm no genius.. So I have to agree that yes, I am very much the description of the 22 with not so much the the 4's and 8's are more like me. Don't know if that helps much, but it was educational to me! btw I'm a... sun, moon and rising Thanks, that was fun!

i'm a 13=4 by name and i have mixed feelings about it. while i like the 13 vibration, the fatalistic stamp that the 4 brings with it sometimes gets a little hard to handle owing to the fact that i'm 29 by birth and that's not a fun number. i've thought of changing my spelling but it seems like waaaay to much trouble. i wish i could just use my first name which is a 10,that would make it easier ------------------ while the soul slumbers God talks to us in numbers.. I'm a number 4, too. Born right on the 4th of the month, so it's all right in my face. Lol. I haven't been affected too strongly by the 4 influence. But it does pop around on days when I'm doing something very important or life-changing. And it always turns out rather fortunately. Except when it's 22. I don't know why, and I'm not entirely sure about it, but that's the way it's seemed the last few times. Actually, the 8 has been popping around more often than the 4, and it has the same ... even luckier effect on me. It does require a lot of responsibility from me, but I find I'm able to practically soar through whatever I need to do. It's funny how that happens. I'm quite liking this thing.. I purposely hang around number eights all the time... it's like they're stalking me anyway. IP: Logged |

i am always struck by the fact that linda does not seem to consider 22 a master number as so many other numerologists do. yet she does include the 11 and 33 as master numbers...i have seen the 4/8 stuff play out in other peoples lives but i am a 4 life path and it has never really panned out in my life EXCEPT for 2 houses i lived in, which both proved to be INTENSELY hard work to keep going but at the same time, very safe and secure - the last one the landlord let me stay FOUR years on half rent when my finances went south!
