I didn't see a whole lot of help online besides, but I did see at least one site that gave 8s a little more credit.. in that we can really reap what we sow, and if you have to sow a lot, hey that's a lot of reapage =)

I love what you guys have said, makes so much sense and offers more insight into the number.

at first I was upset about it too, real upset.. lol.. but when I saw another site's interpretation it alleviated some concern, as it sort of had a Saturnian or Plutoian spin on it, that it's for severe transformation and from that you can become even greater..
so that helped bring some peace..
funny now 2 people I started talking to recently that I am digging are both 8s of 26 too..

it was my understanding that 6 is the number of Love and that's why it's so powerful and favorable.. I used to dislike 6 and 13 and would shy away from them, but now I embrace the number 6 and 13 is fine too, well I always did like Friday the 13ths.. but didn't care for the number too much..

My name has a bad number too, it said to change it asap.. I never cared for my last name so I will be happy to, but probably can't/won't til I get married whenever that will be.

It is a little discouraging about not getting partnerships for business and whatnot, and I do feel kind of like I want help bad.. but I guess I have to have more faith in the Universe.. and myself perhaps..
