May I ask how you came up with 23? Thanks!

11/23/1969 11 + 5 + 25 11 + 5 + 7 = 23so, your day of birth is 23 and the single number is 5 your entire d.o.b. equals 23 and single number 5, WOW! that's awesome! ------------------ All my love, with all my Heart lotusheartone IP: Logged |

Thanks, I was adding up the wrong way (not reducing the date and just adding up everything to a single number lol) which was fine for finding my single number 5 (but not the 23).

In Chaldean (Linda's system), the most important number is the day of birth. The full birthdate is a secondary influence. Your name would also be important, though to a lesser degree than day of birth.IP: Logged |

Thanks, Randall! It's nice to know that the full birth number is also 23! PS: We need someone to teach Chaldean numerology in the new forum too. IP: Logged |

Not much to teaching it--just showing the calculation method and giving the definitions. ------------------ "Life is like a box of crayons. Most people are the 8-color boxes, but what you're really looking for are the 64-color boxes with the sharpeners on the back. I fancy myself to be a 64-color box, though I've got a few missing. It's okay though, because I've got some more vibrant colors like periwinkle at my disposal. I have a bit of a problem though in that I can only meet the 8-color boxes. Does anyone else have that problem? I mean there are so many different colors of life, of feeling, of articulation...so when I meet someone who's an 8-color type...I'm like, 'hey girl, magenta!' and she's like, 'oh, you mean purple!' and she goes off on her purple thing, and I'm like, 'no - I want magenta!'" -John Mayer IP: Logged |

Even that could easily take at least a couple of "strings"! In addition, it would be nice to explain to newbies in numerology what the difference is between the Chaldean and other systems. For instance, I wonder if in Chaldean there is also a "path number" or a "personality number" etc. If you analyze each of the above q's you end up with a handful of "strings" on the topic.

True. Chaldeans believed the name of God had 9 letters, so the number 9 was too holy to be assigned a letter.IP: Logged |

And a few other differences from Pythagorean.------------------ "The stars which shone over Babylon and the stable in Bethlehem still shine as brightly over the Empire State Building and your front yard today. I calculate the numbers for anything important. I'm not as bad as Elvis was, though. He used to carry Cheiro's Book of Numbers with him everywhere. This was the book Linda learned from. ------------------ "The stars which shone over Babylon and the stable in Bethlehem still shine as brightly over the Empire State Building and your front yard today. The 23 is extremely fortunate, but his name number will also have an effect.------------------ "Never mentally imagine for another that which you would not want to experience for yourself, since the mental image you send out inevitably comes back to you." Rebecca Clark IP: Logged |

Yeah, he actually died on the toilet with that book in his hands. My birthdate adds to 33/6... it's a bit uncanny how much everything resonates in my chart. 33'ers are often found in philanthropists/humanitarians/etc. 6 and 12 are my dominant houses... a life of service. Cancer is in my 6th house cusp (6 is the number of nurturing), and ruler of the 6th is in the 12th. Aquarius is also very dominant in my chart (moon conj asc). There really is no doubt about what my life's purpose is. hehe IP: Logged |
