The author is Nicolas David Ngan and the reading is a Soul Contract Reading that uses your birth name to calculate your Physical Karma, Spiritual Karma, Physical Talent, Spiritual Talent, Physical Goal, Spiritual Goal and Soul Destiny.

I'll give an example below:

There are 21 letters in the name, but only 20 numbers as C-H is considered a combination letter. Other combination letters are (AH, CH, WH, TZ, SH, TA, Final 'M', Final 'P').

You then take the number and go down the line, place the number and repeat until you run out of numbers. Add the numbers up and if it's over 22, readd until you get a single digit. If the first add is a single digit, than you repeat the number and you get a double number like (8-8) below.

Physical Karma - 13, 6, 13, 6 / 38 / 11-2
Spiritual Karma - 10, 10, 15, 14 / 49 / 13-4

The first part of the book is really about explaining the system itself and where it comes from, the different energies of the symbols and then the second part breaks down the point form of the 6 different types of energies based on the number.
