I don't know a thing about numerology except what mainstream Google can tell me so, what does the number 98 mean? What is its significance when it's constantly followed me my whole life? Every number assigned to me, randomly, has this number in it. Phone numbers, license number, work numbers, the list is really long but every one always has 98. Just for reference I did look up my numerology chart and it is as follows,

Expression 8
Heart's desire 8
Personality 9
Life path 4
Subconscious self 8
Balance 7

In Chaldean numerology, it would simply be a 17:

Now that I am looking at information on 17 and not 98 it seems much more detailed and accurate. Makes a whole lot more sense.
