okay, just got back from folding laundry - I mean the store, the store! Got all the goods and then some!First though, Melody! It's really great to finally see you! Your eyes...theyre gorgeous...what big baby blues you have. Wow! Youre even prettier than I'd imagined. And what a beautiful complextion you have too. A true natural beauty. You are also hilarious. Thanks for giving me a good laugh earlier today. And yes, we will keep our husbands in tee-pees...just as soon as we get them. lol ...... IP: Logged |

Wheels, what a cool and pretty chick you are too! Thanks for letting us take a peek into your life. "Sad hat twins" You two make a cute couple. And you have a tipi, how cool! The tempura fried veggies sound delish! Let's have some tonight. Fiery can make muffins and scones for the morning. And Sunny, you can make up some of those spoon taco's anytime! I dont eat beef though, but i've bought something to substitute with. Now help me unload the groceries and let's get cookin'. IP: Logged |

Look what I found, Mel. I think a few hours in this thing and an ice cold drink in your hand should cheer you right up! You just relax and we will make the food. Okay...they will make the food. I'll serve it to you.Now. I'll just go flip that happy b*tch right out of it and it will be your turn to relax. IP: Logged |

Scones are similar to muffins but they are "harder" and more savoury tasting ( if you eat them alone). They are best served with fresh cream and jam..yum!IP: Logged |

Mmm, kabob sticks..... quote: MY camper is Huge, but almost always parked so I don't have to worry about gas
Have you got a pic Mel? I volunteer to make the curtains for your van 26T! Any ideas? quote: 26t, my love, we might have to invite Wheels into our hypothetical imaginary pretend-lesbians non-sexual marriage because I think I'm a little in love with her. She's a Venus/earth sign combo like us and she comes with cool camping stuff so it will be ok... AND she's a vegetarian lasagna expert, what more can we ask for!? Of course that would make us hypothetical imaginary pretend-lesbian non-sexual polyamorists... which would be totally groovy. We could ALL keep our husbands in tee-pees... Wait, I think I'm starting a cult. Nevermind.
Sign me up girlfriend! Lemme in lemme in!oooh, Venus/Earth sign combo... I hadn't realised. Mel, as we say in Wales, you're lush (slang for a total babe - reserved for extreme natural beauty). Scones. They are practically the only cake thingy I can cook. But I can't anymore as you need a hot gas oven and mine is coal. You might as well use a hairdryer. Good for casseroles though. Here be a scone: They are quite a floury sort of cake. Served in the South West of Britain with jam, clotted cream and a pot of tea, known collectively as a 'cream tea'. Much beloved of tourists and very British. Scones in "cream teas" are plain, (flour with butter in as if you were making pastry, add sugar and then water to mix to a heavy pastry consistency, roll out and then use a cutter to cut out) But, if you're having a scone just with butter you can include raisins or cherries in the scone mix. Or, you can mix in parmesan or cheddar cheese in the mix (my fave, not surprisingly *drool*) I made scones every morning for a whole year when I worked in a caff. 99p for a scone and filter coffee, the place was rammed. Awww nuts, I just realised after typing all that out that fieryscales has just said it all but in a more succinct and elegant manner. You MUST be a Brit fiery, huh? Anyway, nuff about scones. Second to cheese I can get very passionate about cake. What? Are y'all asleep already? What are Fritos and what are Smores???? Questions questions! Exhausted... and it's 12.25... time to go out for lunch, thank god!

Wheels- No I am not a Brit but I lived in England for a year and a half before returning home to South Africa, where I am currently now. Now that you mentioned it, when I look at your pictures here, they do scream WELSH! Have you heard of the female Welsh singer Duffy? Great singer and very pretty too.Fritos, as far as I know, are chips ( sorry crisps in the UK ) Here in South Africa they come in chip packets-just the name of the chips. Haven't had them in a long time.

No, I wasn't studying but working. I was on a working-holiday visa. Worked in the hotel industry. I was in Hampshire most of the time but also was in Kent. I spent a wild week in Brighton, and loved every moment of it. That is where I got my tattoo done, hehe Yes Duffy is lovely and she is only 23 years old, can you believe that? You got me begging you for mercy. Why won't you release me? IP: Logged |
