Today began horribly.

I'm glad it got better for you.

My hypnosis CD arrived yesterday, and I listened to it for the first time before falling asleep (for about four hours). I woke up feeling a bit sad, but without the heaviness that has been plaguing me... if only I didn't keep losing my CD by Brian Weiss - I probably would have been just fine for several years now!

It was nice to wake up feeling more physically relaxed ~ I hope it continues. (By the way, congratulations on the good medical news, as well! My computer keeps restarting on me - I meant to say that sooner.)

POETICS
My life to date has been like a surreal tale,
some terrible some wonderful;
that if it were not for my having lived it;
I would not believe such utter complexities of the diversities of the strangeness of it all could be possible, nor the surviving of it, let alone be so for one life time to date.

However even now, as I am on the path of my new chapter of existence, closing doors, burning bridges, moving towards the future with optimism, and wonder; the surreality of my existence continues to be the ongoing theme.

Additionally I feel this aspect of my existence.
