You know what, I've just seen the other 'post a pic of you thread' in this forum - I really didn't know it was there!! I can be the worlds biggest idiot sometimes It would be a shame for all the other pictures to go unnoticed, so I hope every doesn't mind me reposting their pictures in the old thread so this one can be locked. Its fate that this one is open, Im pretty good at breaking things recently...Btw, you look fantastic 26T, didn't realise you were so beautiful. Lena, I dont have any attractive single male friends!! Lara - you look like an Aqu friend in that shot! I've often postulated that my friend is an Aqu rising, don't know her birthtime but I'd think she has a 12th house Sun, very secretive person. Look at all the lovely people! And yes, Betelgeuese does look like the recent Dr Who. IP: Logged |

Yeah, I saw it this morning (hence knowing it was brightly and uniquely colored), but it was small. I don't have internet at the new place yet (hence not seeing it over the weekend). It's supposed to be installed/turned-on today, though I'm not real confident that my roommate will have the equipment to get us going. Yeah, GIMP's supposed to be pretty powerful, but I never figured out how to use it either. I did use it for converting files to another type of file, but that was all. I'm pretty sure I deleted it in the end. I've got Photoshop Elements, which cool for some things. I've also got Macromedia Fireworks, which I've always loved. I don't always, or even typically use it for photos, but it's a cool and user-friendly graphic program to use. Regarding color, this is a cool site: www.kuler.adobe.com EDIT: Let me add another program suggestion: Picasa. It's a free program from Google specifically designed for use with photographs. It doesn't have a lot of artistic options, but if you're just trying to make your picture look the best that it can it's a pretty good program. IP: Logged |
