Just wanted to post a funny story about Scotland! I'm 1/2 Scottish, and have visited, but never lived there. I now live in South Australia and nestled in the hills not too far from where I live is a Scottish castle. This guy had it dismantled and shipped by boat here many years ago. But the boat that was carrying one of the wings of the castle sunk, so it only has one wing! Weird that it's out here, huh?

LOL, Violet, somewhere a mermaid is going, "Ouch a=hole that hurts! Drop your wings elsewhere!!!" Oh well, people are funny creatures aren't they!

Charm~ Yeah, I saw that. In typical Saggie fashion, I am ignoring all the bad parts and focusing on the power at work, and hot sex stuff. *CHEESE*

Well, my first set back when I was very, very young, were ok. Some troubles with the FIL (Taurus), but we got over them. No troubles with the MIL (leo), in fact, her son is on his fourth marriage and I still talk to the Mom and his sister, even though we were only married from ages 17 to 19.

Set number two, SIGH!! I'm estranged you see, but sharing a home for now with my still legal husband. Although I've got it figured to where I can get my own place in one year. ( I want to buy, not rent) anyway, Gosh I have to leave for work soon.. anyway, part of the trouble during the WHOLE marriage (19 years) was his family. He's completely run by his Aqua Mom, Aqua Step Dad, and Taurus Dad.

I know 'The Fixed' are out to get me.
Actually, it feels like they just want to mold me into a certain 'shape' and I won't be molded.

So... long story short, that's what happens when you are a Saggie girl, who marries a Cap sun, with a Cancer Asc and Moon.

This is why I prefer Scorpios these last few years.
They still may try to boss you around, but in a much more agreeable way.

Yeah I would find that difficult. I am the 2nd partner for my guy, very different from him, his first wife and all his friends. They just don't know what to make of me because I am such a straight shooter, and don't play social games. I don't really fit in, and I am not rude, but I make no apology for who I am either.

Actually, I'm really depressed today because both of his teenage daughters have decided not to come to our wedding later this year and said that they won't be speaking to their father anymore unless he chooses them over me and breaks it off with me. I've done everything i can to be nice to them for the past 4 years, but their mom is an alcoholic, and rather than take responsibility for the fact that her drinking wrecked her marriage, she blames me and has brainwashed the kids into thinking the same thing.
Sometimes I wonder if it's worth it.... It's been really painful for me to be hated by his kids, and he doesn't seem to be able to deal with it very well. He just gets depressed.

Ouch!
That's awful Violet.

I really, really hope things get better for you both.

It's been my experience with step parents that one does grow out of those 'taking side' tactics.
I never liked any step parent for the simple fact that they were not my original parent, and nothing they could do or say would make them my original parent.

Eventually, I grew up and then saw my parents (both of them) for the flawed individuals they were, and learned to understand nothing I could of said or done would of made them stay together, and it was the BEST possible thing that they didn't.

Once I figured that out, I started liking my step parents.
I just wish they would quit marrying/divorcing/marring/divorcing, now I get attached, and whooooosh, they go divorce them.

I have a hunch those girls will be at that wedding.
And yes, men have difficulty with this sort of thing, doesn't surprise me that yours clams up about it.
But, have you thought of some pre-marital counceling?
Children are a huge topic in pre-marital counceling, maybe they could give you tips on how to handle that situation.

Well, well, well, an interesting turn of events.
Our newest employee has been fired.

She's been there for about 2 months, and in that time has made our lives a living hell.
But, no matter what we told the boss, he couldn't see it. (Don't know if there was a little sumpin sumpin going on there or what) anyway, she so totally ingratiated herself into his and his wives lives, that they were kinda blinded.

She did stuff that would be considered odd and pushy by most folks, like dropped by their house and did their laundry because she thought they may be 'tired'.
I think that is weird, and if someone did that to me, I'de be wondering what they wanted.

Anyway, she set about to get my bestie at work fired, and so the bestie and myself made a pact, if one goes, so does the other.
Which kind of put the boss in bad position, ok, sometimes Libra Mars does come in handy.
*Good for strategizing*
Anyway, after inventory not matching up, and dozens of customer complaints, they installed a camera
yesterday..

heh heh
and caught her stealing.
She was making three or four drinks at a time, and only ringing one.
They watched this from home, and came into work, pulled her drawer and counted it.

It was a hundred and fifty something dollars over, and she was cold busted.
It just doesn't pay to be a thief!

So, that was weird. Thought I'de share.
Now it's just me and the other Saggie left.
Course we are happy as heck to be rid of that scary woman, now the sudden realization of the fact that between the two of us, we have a another persons job to split up, is somewhat daunting.

I was enjoying my last few weeks of cut hours.
Oh well, holidays are coming.
I guess it wouldn't do to complain.

Oh, they had to call the police because when they fired her, her son went kinda psycho (he's a cage fighter for a living) and threatened to burn down the bar.

If you read my Astral Forum, you will see that I dreamt the bar was burned down, about a month or so ago.
Weird, huh?

It took a good hour to put out, and it's right on the other side of my chain link fence.

This fire thing is getting weird.!

Yes, this fire thing is getting weird.

When my dad was still alive there was a fire department near our house.
Whenever there was a fire engine leaving to a fire,my dad jumped in his car and left to.
Sometimes i went with him,it was very exciting.

Yes, so, I quit the heinous job.
It wasn't easy, I tell you, I'm not quitter, but sometimes enough is enough.

So, everybody hurry up and dream, cause your analyst is unemployed ATM.

I got a line on a great job, which I'm going to see about Monday. It's at an AmVets club.
For my friends not living in America, these are private clubs for men, women, and family of those who have served in the military.
I think you have to have been in a war (or 'conflict' as they are sometimes referred to, if they aren't actual wars).

Anyway, the pay is much more on the hour, the drinks are cheaper, which means more people and better tips. The crowd is maintained tightly, as they have a committee of people running it. President, VP, etc..

Now, it isn't as exciting with the loud music and all, BUT gambling is permitted, since it's private, and when they hit, guess who they tip? YAY!

Anyway, I won't get my hopes up too much, there will be probably 50 other bartenders trying for that job. But at least I'm out of the pits of hell.

My Saggie coworker is still in the trenches, I received a paniced text from her saying that the newest bartenders boyfriend came in brandishing a gun and threatening to shoot the bartender (my precious friend!!!) because she served the other bartender (his girlfriend/property???) and she shouldn't have. Wow. How did I deal with this for so long!!!

Bye Bye DRAMA!

Hi Gypsee,

Good thing you're out of that place?
Do you have a new job at the mo?
And are you fire free at the mo?

The name Keanu of Virgo sun Keanu Revees means "cool wind over the mountains". I guess you're warm wind over the mountains GypseeWind.

My mother told me that I sat up a few mornings ago, in my sleep, and said, "Mum!" proceeding to go on about how it must be a transition thing, muttering about it being annoying, and then laid back down on the couch. She tried to ask me about it, but I was gone again... weird. I wonder if it was just me talking about my worries in my sleep.

Yes, I am free of that place.
I miss the paycheck, but oh well....

I applied last week for a really good one, hoping that comes through.

All in all I'm not in any big hurry because I haven't been feeling too well, and also my Daddy is coming to visit!! woot woot!

I was just trying to remember how long it's been, and it's been at least 8 years since I saw my own DAD!
I expect him around his birthday, Nov 5th.

I talked to a psychic friend of mine last night, and he said that I would go back to work on Nov. 18th.
Not that I put 100% stock in that, but he is pretty good.

I knew about Keanu's name, I just adore him.
I always have.
So, Yep, I'm a windy flyer these days, with a cough, lol.

Teasel, I find myself wanting my Mom, still and all, after so many years we've lived apart and my age..

Maybe that sense of comfort and nurturing never goes away.
It's nice to see someone with a good relationship to their Mom/parents though.
It's very heartwarming.

Was it emotional??
Hmm, must be PMS time or something, I am craving chocolate, and if I start acting emotional, then that's usually the culprit!

Yes, we are 'back together' I suppose.
It never really felt 'apart' as he and I kept in contact via texting/phone/computer the whole time.
I just sort of gave in to the whole thing.
Wait! That sounds wrong. I guess what I mean is I gave up trying to fight off what I knew I felt and always felt, and I gave up trying to squish someone else into his shoes, when they clearly weren't fitting properly.

Gah! I'm emotional again?? See, I am NOT good at this!

How are you today Lovely Scorpio 17? And what is new in your life? Not that a Scorpio is going to tell me anything.. but I thought I'de ask!!
Muah.!

Lol,Gypsee you know the scorpio's a bith by now. We like to stay a bith of a mystery.

Well, I'd had a not all the way flingi thing with a scorpio. I knew he had a girlfriend, so he didn't fool me. If he did, he wouldn't have survived.
Me was weak and lonely. Oh well he's acting very cold now,so I'm like in Antartica when he's around. brrrr. It's fascinating to see his behaviour. I'm balancing him now,and the balance is going to the negative side.
So I could have been better. It's always nice to get attention. Who doesn't like that. Well, halloween is this weekend,so that will get my mind off it.

Good luck with your scorpio!

Hmmm, that is interesting..

So, what is it like dating your own Sun sign?

Can't say I've ever went there. I always find Sag guys cute and funny and attractive, but then once I know them for a few weeks, they seem like family, so it's a turn off.

Two Scorpios, whew, that is truly frightening, you are scaring me.
And two Scorpios giving each other the silent treatment makes me want to crawl under my bed. YIKES!
So, I'm to assume this is a tie that can never be restored or ever really broken for you, eh?
Sorry,

Well, mine came over today, but I fell asleep during a raging storm that we had.
I was so sorry I missed him.
He left his business card in the door, what a dork.

His b/day IS ON Halloween.
I'm sure he'll start celebrating, like tomorrow, if he isn't already.

I hope your holiday is wonderful, have some FUN!
