Was I missing??? How are you Ghani??? OK, I hope.

The story is I found that pic on someone else's FB wall and I copied it, cause I like it.
But, you can and should ascribe any meaning to it that is relevant to you.
After looking at it for awhile, it's starting to look like a persons rear end, but don't mind me, mind is always in the gutter.

It's snowing here, and my son has the flu.
Other than that, everything is Okie, dokie.

Rain on top of snow is never fun.

Thank You Scorpio, I am sure he'll be fine. I just wished he wouldn't of thrown up spaghetti in the shower, the toilet is very close by. Oh well, kids...

Oh, that would so suck.
I remember I bought this car from my cousin once.
And I couldn't believe how incredibly cheap it was, even though he is my cousin, it still seemed a ridiculously LOW price to charge for a nice car. (It was a silverish blue colored Thunderbird, loved that car, I had one in red too) anyway,
I bought it during the winter, and you know, just drove where I HAD to be, no cruising for fun.

When summer came, I had went somewhere and left the car in the parking lot for hours, with the hot sun beating down on it.
When I came back, I was immediately near knocked over by this horrible smell, that I could not identify, but knew I had smelled it somewhere before. lol.

Yeah, long story short, it was his party car, and he puked in it more than once.
Thanks Jeff. Love you too.

I think I got three for Christmas.
That should last about a month.

Weird thing to be addicted to, lip gloss.
Once I bought one, and I don't know what chemical was in it, but it made my lips swell so much I looked like I had surgery.

Thank You for thinking of me.

Hey Evanski, everything oké with you?
That's a rude thing to say to Gypsee....Barbie, barbie let's go party.

Gyps,
I don't like lip gloss. All that sticky stuff on my lips. Feel like wiping it off with my sleeves. How can you manage it on your lips?
Buth it looks good on me, especially when i top it over my lipstick.
I've got a cool lip gloss with a light in it. That is also something for you as an addict,
you can put it on in the middle of the night.

GOSH NO! leave it up, I love it.
I have a little statue that was my Grandma's, of that little girl. These are Hummel's? Or something like that, right?
I think it's cute.
I saw it earlier but I haven't been online much today.
SIGH..
I was wistfully thinking about Barbie.
My daughters had every Barbie thing under the sun, when they were little.
I remember walking out in the hallway, half alseep, sleep deprived, and stepping on little Barbie shoes, (OUCH!) and thinking, "ARggh! when are they gonna out grown this stuff!!."
Now one is 19, and the other is 12.
No more Barbies.

BUT, on the other hand, I do have a Grandson, so now I can play with trucks, and leggos, and 'pretend' tools again!
YAY! Toys for me! I mean, HIM!

Ahh, Scorpio, you sound like Miss Amanda, my daughter.
She can't stand lip gloss either.
And she always wipes her cheek after I kiss her.
She says, "Ewww, Mom, you got your goop all over me." LOL.
See, I don't like lipstick. It feels dry and waxy to me, and I can never decide on a color. (Libra Moon?)
I guess that is why the beauty industry is booming, huh? To please us all.!

We are supposed to get 5 inches tonight.
Of snow. lol.
This weather makes me so sleepy and unmotivated.
I started the rewrite of a poem I've been working on all summer.
If I get it finished, I'll post it, and you guys let me know what you think, please.
It's about how a woman's hands change all through her life depending on what she is using them for.

PS. My Scopio went skiing today and hurt his shoulder. After spending almost $900.00 to fix it at the chiropractor.
The man is danger, on legs.

As a child i wasn't keen on playing with barbie. I remember having a Ken and barbie, two horses and a kitchen.
playing time with my barbie was always about half an hour. Ken and barbie went out on a date. Ken got on top of barbie.
They have a child. Go horsbackriding and eat in the kitchen. So that's done.
And i cut barbies hair. i wanted to give her half short hair. But it failed so she got short hair. So i made her punck.

i was always fasinated by the barbie of my neighbour kid. She had a beautiful black barbie. Very rare in the 80's.

Great you can write poems. i admire that, because i can't.

Ps. Are you now his nurse?

I love your Barbie story! You Scorpios get down to business, don't you!
Aww, if I would of known you then I would of sent you any ethicity of Barbie you wanted. We have so many to choose from here.
My Sister in Law is 39 and she collects those Barbies from around the world. Has dozens and dozens of them in the boxes.
She has two daughters who are dying to play with them, but she won't take them out of the box. Pointless, IMHO.
I never was a huge fan either.
I grew up in New Jersey, and NOBODY looked like Barbie!!
I remember thinking, "Who looks like this!"
I looked it up.! http://inventors.about.com/library/inventors/blbarbiedoll.htm
"If Barbie was a real doll, her measurements would be an impossible 38-18-36."
Sounds like Pam Anderson to me.

Anyway, you look much more like a Barbie Doll than I will ever even come close to, Scorpio.

Naw, I am not his nurse. He refuses to be 'nursed'. His arm could be falling off and he would still go to work. I guess that's good right? I either get the ones who won't work, or who won't ever stop working! Oh well.
He's very excited that we got a nice big batch of snow today, so he can go right back out and ski again.
I am cringing.

Ps. yes, I do write poetry. There are some in the back threads of Yellow Wax. It's been awhile since I've put anything there.
You are a water sun, you sure you can't write poetry!!!

I don't understand.
I wasn't being rude in the first post so why am I 'now' being sweet in the second?

I don't know what I've done to you to receive harsh judgement.

I've got a lot of respect for Gypsee

My post has a picture of a less than 'perfect' doll wishing she had the life of a so-called 'perfect' one.

I asked if this was too much to ask for, adding a laughing smiley.

Yes, the 'b' word is used, but it was in NO way aimed at Gypsee, and why would it be?

I honestly didn't think the humour would offend her. If I thought it would I would never have posted.

Your post upset me so much.
I was about to delete mine but realised that she would see you asking why I was being rude to her and think that I actually was.

If I've treated ANYONE on this board with disrespect it's been through mirroring them out of complete frustration.

If you had lost friends while house was being 'cleaned' you might understand.
That statement itself told me that valued members here weren't valued at all

Ughhh! Sorry for the rant Gypsee but I'm still upset.

I'll come back and delete all my threads here tomorrow. I spent most of last night deleting them elsewhere.
I've one foot out the door already.

Oh, Evanski, you did NOT upset me, please don't delete anything!
I'm not sure what is going on, but I sense you are having a hard time with some things?

I don't know if they have to do with LL or FB or something else??
I just ask you to take a moment and think it over.
You are just as valued as anyone here.
I haven't talked to you as much as I would of liked, but I've enjoyed very much reading your posts in AG's thread.

There are some Astro things going on today that are upsetting alot of people.
Do you have a FB account? Because if you leave, I'de still like to be friends with you, if that's possible.

At any rate, I think that Scorpio just misunderstood your photo, was all, and she was being protective of me. I think that's it.
We all have to remember that we have language barriers and some things come across different to some.
But you are a Sag, and I get Sag humour and you know that we are not easily offended, so please know that I took your pic as a joke, like it was intended.

I'm not sure if you and scorpio are friends and having some difficulties at this time, if so, I will but out, and pray that you two can work through it.
The world is a big huge place, and can be lonely.
If we've all found each other, I think we should consider that a blessing and all try as hard as we can to work things out and stick together.
'Specially when some people that I was close to left, and I really don't want to lose anymore.

YES! I'm selfish, stay for me!!

Gypsee

I'm not on FaceBook, never have been. I've
no idea what's meant to be happening there.

I didn't think there was a problem between myself and Scorpio17 before now.
I thought we were friends. I guess that's why I am so upset.

But if I'm being honest, I've been upset for a while now.

I used to 'live' in the astro forum, only stepping out to visit yours and AG's threads.

Feels like forever ago I turned my back and the place was ransacked.
The cleaning that was done removed a big part of its heart.
I've been feeling a bit homesick but it's no longer the same place I knew and loved

Hanging out HERE is difficult when I see posts and threads like 'I'm angry at some people here at LL'.
Why Ami and her views are seemingly more important than anyone elses will forever have me stumped.

I really don't think I can stay, at least not as quietly as they'd like me to stay.

I'll be sure to track you down somehow.
Us ARIES people wear smarty pants don't you know.

Just give me a little time to detox. <3

I came by to hail my co-moderator and learn from her
Basically in a nutshell I think you are a cool chick Gypsee. I don't what it is about those Sag's that I love so much. Ah well...you make me laugh and I like people who make me laugh.

Evanski- I LOVE that picture. DO NOT delete. It really did make me laugh out loud. Something I haven't been able to do much lately. Please don't leave. I used to come here about 3 years ago on and off (just recently joined) and I have to say I like the older members of LL.

Hi littlecloud! <waves> Thank you for your visit! Stop by any time. I am so glad you are co-mod at Astral. I was getting very lonely!!!

EVANSKI:
Ok, I understand everything you said (sorry, I thought you were a sag, you are an aries, k, I will talk to you with my Aries asc, and we will make 'headway', lol)
You are not alone feeling this way.
BUT, I guess forces are at play here that are bigger than us, and we don't know all the details.
I can't think of anything else that would be logical. And I am a pretty logical girl when it comes down to it.

You said in your post that you've only visited astro and here. Well, I suggest trying out some other forums. There are many good ones with great conversations that some people NEVER visit!! Really!

I think everything rights itself in the end, and that will happen here too.

At any rate, here is my email:
DELETE

If you do go and detoxt, enjoy your break.
(but I am secretly hoping you don't <--see there is that selfish thing again)

Evanski,

I just got home from work. And was shocked to read your post. Now i'm the one who's upset.
libra asc doesn't like conlfict, so your having me already with this.
I'm very very sorry that my judgement upset you. I wasn't thinking and reacted to fast. I totally misunderstood your humour.
And yes i was being protective of Gypsee. Buth now i've learnt from your reaction Evanski.
Gypsee is a very adult and life experienced woman, who can stand up for herself for something happening in her own thread.
Didn't mean to put a negative light on you. To me we are still friends and please don't leave.
I never forget you made my birthday thread.Scorpio's don't forget both neg and pos. Please forgive me for being human. I am willing to recieve feedback from you,
buth just smacking the door in my face and leave will upset me. We both ment well in this situation for Gypsee, buth in our actions we totally bumped into each other. Both having sure heads now.

Sincerely,
S17

Let's think peaceful thoughts.
I wish I was wherever this is.
With all of you.
What should we order to drink?
I am thinking of a Pomegrante Martini.
I shall not fight you guys for the handsome waiter, you can have him, while I write love poems to My Handsome Scorpio.
Thinking happy thoughts... OMMMMMMMMM!

Scorpio, don't beat yourself up, it was clearly a horrible misunderstanding.

Gypsee, I was feeling a bit lacklustre until I got to the Pomegranate Martini - yum, yum, yum. I've pulled my flip-flops out of the cupboard, painted my toenails and I am on my way..............how many pairs of knickers do I need, this isn't like one of those road-trips is it? Hold-on, if I'm getting the waiter I won't be needing my knickers, will I? Bugger it, I'm not packing, I'm coming as I am..............
