This sounds really sad - but I think with me I want to be looked after. I don't mean financially. I am a strong person, and I take pride in looking after myself and all of those around me. But it gets wearying and I think I am seeking a haven. I think I associate that with older? I don't know whether I could actually allow myself to be looked after long term, which could be a problem.

I am sure I'll work it out in the end!!

AG - you are unusual I think? Most men see younger as more desirable, but having said that I think I am referring to those that are swayed by how they appear to others, rather than following their hearts.

In the end, there are no rules really.

Eskimono, the question was ment for everybody.
I never asked myself this question until a 55 year old scorpio made a move on me last year.

Yes, indeed attraction can be ageless and for flings is a case-to-case basis.
For marriage I would also say 10 years in either direction at this moment.

If I'm still single when I'm greyer, younger might become more attractive, but still I'll probably want someone out of their 20's.

My 60 year old hairdresser adviced me not to get involved with an to older man at this point.
because at an certain age they can get little problems with sex. If I resume, than you've got a
young one to kiss, a mature one to f*ck and an old one to talk to.
Buth who to love? I would say the one who puts a smile on your face everyday.

I'm going to sleep now, talk to you all later.

Eskimono, Nothing happend with 55 year old scorpio. Buth to be honest, there was quite an attraction. So I can say there was a danger zone...
Just met him once last year and after that I haven't seen him again. I've heard he has a girlfriend now.

One of my favorite Snow Patrol songs is on right now: Ways & Means.

♫ Maybe I won't suffer if I find a way to love her ♫

Get it? You know like ... first vid 'acoustic' bla bla bla ... second vid .... 'No! G __ !! Get it? It's your name in YouTube vids... Acoustic God!
While it may seem lame it was the best I could come up with for now.
I will look for more inspiration on the next pages of your new thread. By the way, I hate that you're in a play ... I'm so jealous. I wanna be in a play. Plays rule.

This weekend may be the first time I'm able to see the videos. Being in a play is fun except when it's taking up four work nights a week.

My play is actually directed by a Capricorn with a lot of help from a Sag. She's one of those Sag's whose Sun is on my Mercury, so of course I love her. ...And of course she was born four years before me, so we're compatible by Chinese astrology as well. Too bad she's married.

Awww nuts! The good ones are always married!

I like your pictures! They look kinda dangerous. I agree with your feeling, you were looking attractive that day. The facial hair is a good addition.

Reminds me of that study they did that found that people like mean-looking cars generally.

So, this morning I'm realizing that my real name is kind of like a debt. It's an ever present nag. (I go by my middle name, which I have to explain often. My first name is misspelled, which is a travesty considering how common it is as well as how well my parents generally spell. My last name, most of you know from Facebook, is bad enough that most strangers choose to mispronounce it, though it's pronounced exactly as it's spelled.) The only way that's it's not like a debt is that I didn't give it to myself. I've been hesitant to fix it, because I don't really care to offend my family. I definitely think I should fix it, though.

A "Native American" is a person that lived on our continent before the Europeans arrived. I don't have ancestry amongst those people to my knowledge.

My ancestry is German, Scottish, English, Irish, and Norwegian. Those are the big ones.

I had that the other day. I found a pint of Haagen Daas sorted it right out.

Sorry AG. I have repented since.

I'm seriously considering ditching rehearsal tonight. I've already been there three work nights this week, and they're just doing music. I do have one short solo song, but it's not as if I have to even sing well, so I don't think it really matters if I'm there or not.

I gave my director the opportunity to let me off the hook for rehearsal last night, and surprisingly she took it. As a result I got to watch the first hockey playoff game to be decisively won by my team, and I also worked on the song for Eskimono. Looks like it'll be an unpartisan political song.

Hopefully they let you start your weekend a little early.

I don't currently have plans for the weekend. Hopefully I will make some music.

You're going to Cuba? What do you have planned?

At the and of the work week I always feel like a caged office cat.

I just want to leave the office and experience freedom and breath air.

So in the weekend I always enjoy my freedom. I've no plans. Well i have

to write that damn paper.

Later more about Cuba.

What kind of music do you make, reggae, rock, soul?

You could say that it's rock. Not heavy metal or hard rock. If you listen to the music posted in this thread as well as my old thread, you'll get an idea of what I like. It's nice music.
