LOLShe sounds cool. A little white rabbit on a horse. That's an interesting analogy. EDIT: Wow! Hours later I return to find my post DID get through. It never showed that it did earlier. IP: Logged |

Hoping and praying my dad's health doesn't become a factor in this year's Christmas. He says that his heart isn't feeling right again. He has an arteriogram scheduled for Tuesday.IP: Logged |

Yes, he's had two previous surgeries. Last time he felt something was off he went almost immediately into surgery.IP: Logged |

From my sister: Everything went really good, the heart looks great, and there are no blockages. Doctor said his last by-pass is beautiful and functioning properly. *sigh of relief...Thank goodness! Thanks for all your prayers and support. IP: Logged |

Santa shared his list?!? Of course I'm on the good list. I wonder how tough his standards are.I'm so thankful my dad's ok. I haven't heard what it is that's making him feel off. Probably all the health things he's always needed to address. I'm so relieved Christmas isn't going to be a downer. I'm sorry I didn't send you guys Christmas cards. I've never done that before. This might have been a good year to start, but I guess I'll wait until next year. I look forward to them whenever they arrive. IP: Logged |

Did I say it was Santa's good list? I am relieved for your Dad too. I guess when you've been through it already and perhaps ignore some of the signs, it would make you super-sensitive to feeling 'off' in future. My daughters birthday is early January. By a freaky coincidence I have managed to get her 'meet and greet' tickets for her favourite artist (a previous X Factor winner). I have just ordered hand-iced chocolates that spell out 'Want to Meet Alexandra?' to give to her on her birthday. I am so beside myself with pride at my achievement, I just had to spill here!!! Eskimono that's sounds like a lovely present for your daughter's birthday.I'm sure she'll love it.I'm spending Christmas with my mom and her boyfriend. The second day i've invited my niece and her boyfriend over for dinner. It's the thing i'm most excited about at the moment making a christmas dinner. I've bought litlle amuse glasses. So at night in bed i'm thinking about the menu. I've already asked my guinea pig what he tastes like. IP: Logged |

Scorpio - I KNOW she will love it!!! I think Guinea Pig is nice, but you might struggle to share it 3 ways? You could always stuff him and slice him 'roulade' style More snow forecast here Friday. I have chocolate stores just in case! IP: Logged |

I like it! It really is much more of an experience to have to put some effort into giving a great gift.I run the group lottery at my work, and right now the lottery jackpot is $104 million. I needed someone to go get the tickets, and that person kept them...only giving me a copy of them to distribute. I think he's an alright guy, and probably trustworthy, but I'm second-guessing his trustworthiness because of this. I know I probably shouldn't. He runs our Accounting department here...at a bank. Maybe he doesn't trust me or something, which is fine, but if we should win and he should run (steal the winning ticket), people will be on my back for allowing him to hold them. It's really a hassle to do this job. Maybe I can pass it on to him. IP: Logged |

Never trust the accountants. If he's going to have the kudos of being ticket-holder, he can take the work that goes with it! Don't forget us when you're rich. IP: Logged |
