They do free shipping, so it helps with the cost, but make no mistake that it is expensive if you have a two-to-three-cup-a-day-for-two-people habit. I think I finish a 5 lb. bag within a month.

I have a home that others dream about.

I gaze from the Ivy covered brick arching my door to start my day with a view of the Sacred Crystal Mountain and know what the day will hold by the clarity with which it is seen. Some days it would hardly be known to exist as the mist covers it from view. I step down and have my choice of the tropical plant, nearly roof height camellia shrubs, or the Gardenia that seems to bloom half the year to gaze upon.

Do you know what Gardenias smell like?

At face level?

Just checking the mail is a pleasure.

There is a Vineyard here, as well as an Orchard. There is an arbour with Thompson Seedless covering it in the back. I look out the patio door, and see that every day of my life.

Lattice and Grapevine, lovely. Sundial.

This time of year it is the Colours! The Textures! I can hardly convey the Beauty that my home is.

Sugar Maples, Forsythia, Scarlet Pin Oaks, against a background of Redwood. I have nothing but respect for the man that created this Paradise, it is amazing!

Now, I have been educated in the ways of the wild, and the Art that Landscape Design is. This place is AMAZING!!!!!

The Colours are juxtaposed one in front of the other, with a Broad Texture Yellow backdrop to set off the delicate tracery of the Burnished Russet...

Amazing.

The Orchard is hand grafted (the supplies are still in the garage cabinets) from the finest trees; Golden and Red Delicious, Gravenstein, to name but a few- wonderfully Sweet Cherries, two of course: apricot, pecan and almond- like little many branched umbrellas.

The Boathouse has a sink, a light and a smoker outside it (with the lake a scant two miles up I-5, wonder what that is for?) The golf-courses are about equi-distant in the other direction. I live in Paradise.

This pictures a sudden, new beginning. Hard to believe at first, but eventually it will dawn on you that things are different in the light of a new day. Take heart, realize that the darkness is abating, and gradually let go of what went before.

New perspectives and new realizations. Waking up with a whole new consciousness or sense of reality. Radical shifts and changes.

The Caution: Holding on to the past despite all evidence and reason to move on. Refusing to believe that things are getting better.

There is no guarantee of success, but you must act if you want any chance of success. The worst that could be damaged is a little ego, so think positively and play your role with enthusiasm and passion. Music can lift the spirits and words of poetry and love can be healing.

Shared feelings, love or passion may result. Being in tune with another. Soul mates, or passing fancies? Having your voice heard.

No, it was a Banker named Mr. Bibbins. He lived here about twenty years ago, but all the neighbours still talk about him to me all the time.
