Oh, very well.

I first started studying Astrology when I was a child. My mother had books by the likes of people like Linda Goodman, Grant Lewi. "Heaven Knows What" is an excellent starter book. It is still one of the few that seek to Unify all the different aspects to a chart.

A lot of the people in my family have Grand Cross and Grand Trine configurations. What I think of as the Point of Choice often occurs on the Moon.

Golden Seal and perhaps Myrrh I use for wounds. I just sprinkle a bit on the ulcerated area. When the kids have a cold, we ingest this lovely yellow bitter.

Mugwort
Menthol
Camphor
Wintergreen

are the basic ingredients. I use it as a chest rub when we have colds. I use it as a muscle rub in the winter, after exercise, or just when I sleep on it wrong.

Truly, I couldn't do without this one.

First, I infuse the Olive Oil with Mugwort herb. Putting it in a tightly capped jar, I place it in an Eastern facing window for six weeks, shaking at least twice a day.

After straining the Oil, I dissolve the Menthol and Cayce Camphor Crystals in it over night.

Then I add my Wintergreen, and Voila!

It's funny, I never realized exactly how much I was influenced by "Star Signs." I'm telling you! I am taking a slow refresher course reading it once again, and almost every chapter has been something I have gone on to study in another capacity.

One of them is Sound & Colour Attunement. I don't need a machine to do any of that, I do it every week!

I have a question for you about garlic? I have stomach aches( moon and mars in cancer) Any stress and I feel it in my stomach.

I really am trying to heal it with garlic but the garlic really hurts it. Is it healing it? Is it a detox? Thanks

Coffee is life. If I do not have my favourite beans grinding and bringing their lovely fragrance to my morning atmosphere, I will die.

CREAM.

Real Cream. Not that crap they put Heaven only knows what filler and floral in to fake you out, and certainly not that icky old powdery stuff, I want CREAM.

That being said, I don't want to die.

Two things always side-by-side with my Cobalt Coffee Cup are these:

Cayenne
Flaxseed Oil

They keep my Blood Pressure on an even-keel, thank you very much.

CAUSE I LOVE MY COFFEE!

Okay, Ami Anne, I don't know. I was just about to say that Fennel Seed and Sage are my two favourite tummy ache herbs. I have also heard that Cayenne is good for a tummy, but I don't know about that. It is what they say.

I like to stay with what is tried and true, and Fennel almost always works for me, as well as Anise. Peppermint tea isn't bad, and Josephine Rabbit always gave that rapscallion Peter chamomile.

You are a Gemini, are you not? I bet it's nerves you need to settle. Sleepytime is pretty soothing tea.
