Oh my, I just realized I will be, or am, having this transit soon. My chiron is 6 aries. I can't tell you what it will mean, but I am also interested in hearing what someone says will happen. It seems like it would be bad, huh? IP: Logged |

This one is very harsh for a guy. It will either affect his physical ability to produce kids or his psychological ability to desire offspring. He must work on his aerobic fitness, avoid pornography and maintain a monogamous sexual life. It will be a good idea to donate a little to child welfare charities in his city.

And this...This is for the natal, with George Bernard Shaw as an example. He had his planets in the same houses as me, but reversed. I have chiron in the 12th, Pluto by transit in the 9th. It would depend upon the house position of these two. Chiron is the wounded healer, and represents our deepest wounds. In aspect to Pluto, it could be powerful for constructive or destructive work.
George Bernard Shaw, who had Chiron in the 9th house (philosophy, publishing, "higher" mental functions) making a square aspect with Pluto in the 12th house (restrictions, "hidden" things). His Chiron was also opposite the Sun and Venus, so the power came out mostly in intellectual matters. George Bernard Shaw (26 July 1856 November 1950) was an Irish dramatist, literary critic, and socialist. During his career Shaw wrote more than sixty plays. He was uniquely honoured by being awarded both a Nobel Prize (1925) for his contribution to literature and an Oscar (1938) for Pygmalion. He was a strong advocate for socialism and women's rights, a vegetarian and teetotaller, and a harsh critic of formal education. An excellent example of a very powerful aspect. IP: Logged |

also this Can anyone here give me more ideas of what Pluto square natal Mars and Moon-Chiron conjunction in Aries might mean, or ways it might show its nose? What is the experience there to teach? Of course this is a long way off for him, but... I'd say the issues at the core are issues of courage. Finding the self in him that can be called a warrior. Not just the toughness, but the braveness, bravery in the face of big time fear. In the 12th house... coming from the 9th, squaring the 12th, I can't ignore the possibility of spiritual/religious issues. I often think of the comparison of these houses as Religion vs. Spirituality, particularly the ways they don't get along. In Capricorn... I'm thinking that there's an element of freedom that is seriously going to be threatened. Spiritual freedom, the right to do as one pleases. You've got Aries which is a "I'll do it how I want to and when I want to" vibe, in the 12th house, which is a very free form house - I mean, it's hard to even be on the physical plane when dealing with 12th house matters, such as connection to "god" - it's like where you're experiencing yourself as a conscious being and hardly even aware of having a body at all. Then you get Capricorn in the 9th house, those are both far more structured comparatively. Looking at just planet to planet, Pluto to Moon and then to Chiron will probably be quite wounding. There will be a lot of legitimate and not so legitimate tendency toward whining. He's going to need to develop that heart of fire, to meet challenges, emotionally. It's sort of like, yeah, your life is hard, and? A call to toughen up without hardening over. So his heart will take a beating, and I suspect when Pluto comes to Mars he'll start to feel he's had enough (although much time will pass in between these). There will be an overall feeling that he's always under attack. A tendency towards defense, not letting down his guard. Also a desire to spur into action. I would really recommend a physical outlet, with the fire element, as simple stress relief, but I also wonder if the challenges might not come physically as well (I'm not good with tying the physical to astrology, so I can't get more specific really). Maybe even a fight for life, literally? I hate to say that, it's so alarmist, but that does happen. There are many other interpretations, of course. I can feel a big perspective here that I'm missing, but that's what I've got right now...
This one is scary! IP: Logged |

Bumping because of Zala's Chiron threads. This transit is apparently exact for me on Saturday (my sun is right there, too), and has been affecting me on-and-off since March of last year. I get to deal with this until November of next year. IP: Logged |
