thanks for replying.

It wasn`t a dream, it was a real "meeting", event hough it had dreamlike-quality.

And there was actually an introduction of many months, maybe in a way even years, to this. Those "introductory" moments were dreams coupled with having seen and heard the name of this person all over the place. Having been haunted by it actually. Seemingly out of the nothing.
Even though shortly before that meeting, those dreams had stopped again. The sightings and hearing of his name increased though.

My descrpition must seem like a dream, cause I only wrote it from my "inside-perspective".

And why I am writing about it now?
Well, it`s started again. No clear memory of any dreams though, but the name and initials everywhere. And this morning I was even awoken, cause someone on the radio was repeatedly shouting his name. lol

But this hasn`t been the only time. Whereever I am at one point some stranger will shout or say this name, out of the silence (mostly to call their children. lol).

Also, I have met him once before and talked to him shortly, many years ago, and that feeling was the same, that electricity and warmth. Completely puzzled me.
But the last time it was even stronger, probably, cause I didn`t expect him to be there, and couldn`t put up any defenses.

That is seriously cool! I have met people before having seen them previously in dreams but never actually had this explosion of "whatever" when meeting them.

No, I don`t feel it differently now.
I mean, it`s been years ago that I met him and had that short superficial chat with him, and I still know how his hand feels. And usually I can`t keep a memory like that alive.

And when I think of that "meeting" in a crowded room, well I avoided really thinking of it, but when I do, I may be puzzled and confused, especially seeing how impossible and unlikely all of that is, and yet I still feel this warmth inside.

The first time I met him, it was like he was charging me; and that last time it felt like he was recharging me, like I was a battery and he the powerstation.
I really can only describe it in metaphors of electricity, Sun, light and warmth.

I was lucky enough for IQ to do a detailed analysis of the synastry and composite chart aspects with my guy, and he confirmed we are Twin Flames.

Regarding the man and that moment of meeting I mentioined. I know, that he can`t be my Twinsoul, but he just affected me so strongly. Actually, he does everytime I even only see him on stage, sometimes it`s enough to hear his voice; It´s like I am overflowing with feeling and my insides want to rejoice and sing and dance and is basically soaked with love for everything and everyone. Somehow, I don`t know how, he makes me feel more like myself, if that makes any sense at all.

I originally didn’t believe in soul mates or twin souls. But I had numerous psychics telling me it was a twin soul bond. That they didn’t see me with anyone else, that it was a permanent connection. And then I started reading all of IQ’s and Venusdeindia’s threads about the various indicators, and we had all of them. As to how it feels...well, it was an immediate connection, from the first date. Incredible magnetic chemistry. But also this great sense of peace and belonging and oneness. This feeling of fitting together like a glove, like coming home. It still feels like that, even when I’m angry at him. There is also a psychic/telepathic connection, so we are able to talk to each other in our heads (in our thoughts). The other interesting thing is how our lives have pretty much mirrored each other’s in many areas. Our family background (childhood wounds), where we grew up, where we went to college, the type of people we were married to, the kind of marriage we had, how long we were married. And our children were born on the same dates. A lot of these things are exact.

However, Astrology will only confirm if the prelimnary conditions are met.

Lets say we pick 10 charts of men with a Sun conj Mars in Sag First House. None of them may be top runners. No point in our claiming that they HAVE to be top runners, we can only say they have the potential to be good runners. However, if we pick 10 charts of top runners, then we can apriori say that they will have a strong Sun or Mars in Sag. Further investigation looking for this placement will work and show us that indeed they have a strong Sun-Mars in Sag.

Sameway, the soulmate must first appear in a clear dream or vision, or a "chance" meeting after a very huge crisis in life. Then only will other aspects count. In such instances, when Pluto-Persephone aspect very well, we can infer the possibility of twin flames.
I have used only 2 degrees max orb.

In the case of Goober and her twin, I found the Pluto Proserpine link to be a trine with a 4 degree orb. So there are cases of twin flames with weak Pluto-Persephone or weak Pluto Proserpine links too. They however had precise Valentine-Pluto aspects and the Ascendants aspected exactly besides creating harmonious house positions.

A thunderbolt lifeline where many past issues have to be cleared will see the native attract many soul mates before the twin flame. I suspect that is what is happening with Lara.

In my own example, my wife is not my twin flame, she is my soul mate. I have seen her once in a dream before meeting. There was no crisis in life just before meeting her. There was attraction at first sight. Then friendship before love developed. There is no electrical or psychic buzz between us inspite of great chemistry and very good understanding as a couple. We have a phenomenal Valentine-NN double whammy, several past life links and a very good Pluto-Persephone link confirming our Soul Mate status.
Maybe Astrology is permitted to only show Soul Mates, maybe only the Higher Self may show the twin flame?

I even start thinking that a 3° orb with a conjunction or opposition may be a tad too wide. (they will still be somewhat effective, but not in the foreground). Maybe it`s different if there are several exact aspects pulling a slightly out of orb planet in?

HOwever, I also, like IQ, have developed that feeling,t hat astrology may be able to hint at soulmates, but is not capable of showing us the Twinsoul and maybe it shouldn´t do that.

Interestingly I have experienced similiar things two times; a personal crisis (a breaking down of old thought pattern, with new coming into my life, to which I had a hard time adjusting on top of many other things) and clear dreams. I in the one case I actually remember to have been standing on a meadow and asking my Higher SElf - well, I didn´t know that it was my Higher Self then, I just generally asked- to bring my OTHER HALF into my life.
Shortly after that I was having a strange dream (including the explosion of Neptune in the sky leaving me kinda stranded on Earth).
But I think I might have been not clear enough in my request, as my Higher SElf sent that singer along my way. *Sighs*
Just a few days, maybe even the night afterwards, after I had "noticed" him I had yet another strange dream, which I remember so clearly as if it was yesterday (has been 19 years ago, though).
And in that dream I had been pulled into an painting into a "fairy-tale world", where people could walk on water (there was a sea), and he was there, too. And you know when they referring to the "angel`s choirs singing", that`s what I imagine it must feel, this total peace and happiness and sunshine). And even I could walk on water, until I realized that humans usually aren`t able to walk on water, and that was the moment, the scenery slowly changed, people started getting hectically, moody, screeching voices all around, and I started to drown, and he slowly faded away as I "didn`t have enough trust", and it all changed to the worse, including the changing of scenery. Ah I do not want to bore you with a dream I have had so long ago.

Gotta have to read your posts through again, and think about it, or well, rather "feel into" it.

I just realize that in both dreams water plays a central role (well Neptune somehow relates to water, too, doesn`t it?).

And this guy and me have a DW of Angel-Atlantis from Draco-natal.

Actually - no matter if that man is a soulmate or not- the growth he triggered in me felt like being thrown into hellfire and burning away everything that was not needed or contraproductive, burning out all illusions and prejudices, forcing me to face even those illusions I have about my own personality (I always thought I was being a tolerant being - oh yeah, sure, but wait how tolerant you are if it means that your dreams get shattered! It was stony).

He didn`t do anything, as he of course is not part of my life; his mere existence alone was enought to plunge me into spirituality (yes at the same time I discovered astrolgoy and Linda`s books and some articles about twinflames fell into my hand, the first I have ever read), to make me feel the seemingly endless possibilities of mind and soul; strangely, event hough I had never really met him, he made me feel as if I had finally come home. Strange, hu? That was before the thing with the fire and burning out everything that was "unreal", leaving me with seemingly nothing (emotionally, spiritually), as it seemed afterwards. And yet I wouldn`t want to miss ONE single experience, I treasure them all.

Interstingly, some years after I noticed him (and he had seemingly disappeared from the face of the earth), Pholus has been discovered.
Actually there were two things happening at the time of the discovery of Pholus:
1. the "burning" slowly started
2. he re-appeared, almost like he materialised from nowwhere; suddenly all people felt the need to tell me where he was, what he was doing and so on.

Of course, unsurprisingly, PHolus plays a certain role in this synastry:

My Pholus conjuncts his Chiron (and my name in his chart), opposes his Pluto and sextiles his Venus, Karma and Aphrodite

His Pholus conjuncts my Moon, trines my Karma and squares my name in my chart and his name in his chart

In the composite Pholus exactly conjuncts Valentine:

And on the day I described above and the time after that transit Pholus was transiting over my Mars, ASC, Angel, Atlantis, NN and his Draco Atlantis.

I guess this is very much a Pholus-story.

This is soul mates. They teach us karmic lessons, or we teach them karmic lessons. Metaphorically speaking as we don't teach, they learn from their interaction with us

Once you have learnt your lessons well and released any karma then our soul energy rises (it rises with every experience and lesson) until it reaches the HIGHER SELF. Once this connection has been made then the Twin Soul comes into your life.

This is why i believe that so few people actually have met their twin souls because not many people alive today are connected to their higher selves.

Personally, l hit my "gate keeper" which is the last big hurdle before the higher self when l was 24. I have had numerous big lessons since then and l am still not connecting with my higher self. I am touching it now but i'm yet to connect.

The reason meditation can help bring a twin soul into your life is cos meditation raises your energy level, makes you meet your lessons quicker and leads you to the higher self faster haha

Well, if that is true, then a Twin Soul reunion can only take place in a spiritual sphere, not on this material plane.
Cause as long as you are here on the material plane you will do at least SOMETHING. People aren`t able to do NOTHING (doing implies of course also the development of thought pattern).

I just don't buy it... l think all these examples are soul mates.

Twin soul is a completion; a oneness and unless you attain this first within yourself, you can't possibly draw it from another nor recognize it.

when l touched my higher self in my 20's for the first time it was unlike anything l had ever felt and i'm pretty sure that this is what a twin soul feels like.

I don't agree with IQ that Venus in Gem has met her twin soul, sorry. I am extremely familiar with higher selves and all this kind of topic and it resonates within me when l link the twin soul to the higher self connection.
