everyone has thier own thing sexually. so, whatever makes her happy.backt o the excercise, how long should i set aside? should i do it alone first? protection excercise first? the instructions were very vague. if you do it with someone canthe candle be at your torso level or at face level? Sunshine,I`m sorry, but I fear I can`t help you. I did have an instruction manual for this mirror magic, but quite frankly, I`ve never finished reading it. And I never prepared the mirror the way they described. I didn`t even have a candle nearby. What I did, was simple: I sat in front of the mirror, and emptied my head, as good as possible, trying to unfocus my sight, and then the image in the mirror changed.

I also deep immersion trance and can write 10 hours or record that long in just one session.
I do not know what has been recorded or written until I am brought out of the sessions.
In such sessions, including using a board, I am often not aware of my self, but am off to the side
letting my body be the conduit for the information being given.

My family were not common mediums. My closest family member who looked after me originally channeled all the energetics of the BIO tissue salts that you now see in every health shop!

Well now l know roughly where you are it to think that chanelling from those whom have never inhabited a human body have the lesser or darker agenda. Nothing could be further from the truth! It is the LIVED souls who are the lesser spirits to channel.
Ouija Boards l know quite a lot about... l spent a lot of my valuable time taking spirits out of aura's from individuals whom had used ouija boards and changed overnight.
I never go on superstition LEXX, and l know from 1st hand and 2nd, 3rd hand experience that Ouija Boards are extremely limited and only attract "floating souls" which quite frankly one can easily contact just by talking to them when they are in the vicinity!

Sorry dear, you may think you are very experienced when it comes to talking boards
but by what you have written you are not.
As to "limited", yeah for most they are, but it is the user NOT the tool with the self limits. It is illogical to blame the tool for the lack of skill and limits of the non adept casual user who is usually clueless.
What you have said about them and what/who can be contacted, in your opinions,
is so drastically removed from my in depth personal experiences with them
that I do not know whether to laugh or cry at your words concerning it all.
You have no idea what I do in that arena, nor the many other ways such a tool is used by me.
It is not your fault, you can only speak from your experiences. 
I know no others except for my husband and I who can/do use it in ways we do.
I do know this issue quite well.
At the risk of sounding vain....better than anyone besides my husband.
Just about everything I have heard/read about them and what/whom is contacted,
and how they work, yadda yadda yadda....damn near clueless people.......
or fools playing with a serious tool....
inviting bullsh!t responses or even danger in their ignorance.....

Sunshine, from what I remember about the mirror thingie, it was just a mirror in front of us while we sat down, and stared at it into our own eyes lol. We lit a few candles and turned off the light. I think the candles were at level with the mirror so they reflected back the flame.
We did it for like an hour. I think you can do it alone or with someone else, but I was all chicken so I did it with a friend because it was a night where the electricity cut out from a storm lol.Just make sure to surround yourself with white light first to protect you....and that's all there is to it. ok i did it for about a half hour with the dimmer light in the bathroom really low. the first image i got it seemed like my face was turning brown on my right cheek then my left cheek then my whole face. then i got quick snipits of some faces, one very pretty young girl, one ugly looking man with big lips and one kinda scary looking, then it kinda went back to the brown face. it was odd and i didnt get a CLEAR picture, just snipits.IP: Logged |

Sounds like a great beginning, Sunshine! I didn't get more than a small handful of snippets myself the time I did it. I wonder if maybe the more we do it the more we see or something...I should try it again, I think it would be neat. But I am kinda freaked out about doing it alone for any length of time...I'm wondering if like shamanic meditation stuff would be good for this kind of thing. Having a spirit guide take you on a tour. Might be interesting. I just got the weirdest memory of that movie 'Defending Your Life'...has anyone seen that? That one part where they're all at the Past Life Pavilion and there's this one really macho old dude watching a past life memory of himself as this Shirley Temple looking little girl, all girly, brushing her little doll's hair, and saying 'I'll be right there mummy!' when her mother calls her...
And the macho guy starts to freak out and goes, 'What the hell...?! What the hell is this?!'

when i was a little girl, around 3 or so i could not identify with the person i saw in the mirror, so one day i was standing in front of the mirror, gazing into my eyes, asking 'who am i, who am i?' and then i suddenly realized there was someone else there, starting at me... i got so scared that i never did it again  IP: Logged |

Thank you so much for your kind words. I apologize for not saying this sooner. Life seems to be full of surprises lately.
I do want to tell you that I wholeheartedly feel your thoughts of being alone when it comes to your beliefs in your day to day life.
I think it is what Jesus spoke of when he said " Narrow is the gate and cramped is the road leading off into life and few are the ones finding it" IMHO this means that we will have to walk it for the most part alone. Because you cannot walk side by side with people if the road is narrow or cramped. But its nice to have people like you as well as everyone else to escape too. I guess Spirit always makes a way right? LOL at your statement "I'm so glad l started this thread OneRuled, even if l did get shot at from the drawbridge" You did take a battering for this one. But as a fellow Aries I applaude your courage! And yes my awareness has grown very much in the past couple of days since conversing more intimately with you guys here. You know I suspected there was something to flouride and the Pineal Gland but I have not heard that it did that. That is just one more thing to shake our heads at. Wow! This world is something else. Its amazing how our higher selves as well as our unseen guides protect us.
You wrote something that pricked my interested though.

so I read this book (New Age Hypnosis ~ Bruce Goldberg) and recorded a tape of my own. I decided to start with a nice, positive past life memory for my 1st regression.At first I was not sure if I saw something at all, it was not very visual like when you are dreaming but still there were some images (pretty dull at first) so I could guess what was going on. I was a young guy aged 17, I was lanky and my hair was rather light ginger than blonde, and I think I had freckles too I was Italian I knew it was 1737; my name was Pino / Pinco or something like that; I wore pretty weird shoes and trousers and my first thought was: am I a court jester or something?? and then I guessed I was a clown! I dont remember my parents, I dont think I had a family or something but my life was ok, I lived and travelled with my circus. I remember it was very sunny but a bit breezy, I think it was early spring.
Then I am a young good-looking man, I am around 25 and I am celebrating with my circus friends in a tavern, I think we made decent money because I felt very confident and I wore pretty good clothes;
Few years later I am in Greece, I am a fisher now and I have my own boat, I am so happy to live there, everything is so beautiful and the weather is so warm and sunny! I was very, very happy at that time and so much in harmony with the nature and myself ... then I saw myself sitting on the grass under a big tree and a pretty dark haired woman was sitting in my lap and my arms were around her waist and I was totally happy... she was not my wife or girlfriend, she was hmmm a woman of pleasure, we slept together from time to time but still I thought she was my muse and the most beautiful woman on earth and I loved her in a very sagittarian-piscean way, I was happy just to know such beauty exists. When I grew older, I was still happy and pretty at peace with my life the only thing I wanted was to have my own grand children but it was not a desperate, painful longing, not a all, it is just the thought of having my own grand children made my heart filled with love and tenderness ... it was a good life and I was a good person, some sort of tranquil poet and hopeless romantic just wanted to share P.S. this post is # 137 and on page 7 in this thread, talk about synchronity! anyone know of the effect of sunshine on your eyelids? ie, 10-15 minutes a day of sunshine on your eyelids (closed or lowered) stimulates the pituitary, which therefore stimulates all the endocrine glands including the pineal...maybe that is partly behind the current scaremongering about sunlight???IP: Logged |
