From my experience, yes they do.

Also, any planet in the 10th, and especially
conjunct the MC will be visible also, just like the 1st house planets.

1. you have exactly the same nose as my step father and son. Both are cancer sun and AC. One is also Aries moon.

2. You don't have the leo face... Leo's are firey and a more aggressive face - shape/features etc

With MC moon people would pick up on those 'cancer' qualities and your moon (changeability,softenss,emotionality,
sensitivity etc) but due to Taurus on MC you would also be perceived as a down to earth,stable, comforting, and grounding person with sensitivity to color and sound, and great common sense.

However You yourself would still experience the Leo Ascendant, by experiencing the world in a Leo manner, and reacting to the outside world in a Leonine fashion - bold, dramatic, self-focused, warm, exuberant, playful, and perhaps a dash vain .

Does the rest of the world only exist in order to provide you with a kingdom to play in and subjects to rule,in which you feel mighty comfortable only when it's focus is on you.

Yes, I am very sensitive to color and sound.
I have an ear for music and a singing voice.
I play both classic and acoustic guitar
I will be soon learning the electric guitar
Songwriting and composing.
Also, I paint pictures!
I love to CREATE.

I am a very warm and friendly person, but when I detect ill-intentioned baleful people around me, and when they try to put me out of patience, then I dont refrain from showing my bitter side to them. Because they deserve it completely.

I can be dramatic when I feel jealous and possessive in a relationship.
