Firstly, you need to steadily detox any fluoride intake by eating regular doses of Organic Tamarind Powder.Next is regular aerobic exercise to ensure the Lymphatic system is working well. After that, you can do yogic breathing exercises that balance the Left and Right brain hemispheres. Simultansously visualize Royal Blue colour in the Pineal Gland region.
You must center your consciousness in that region by imagining that all your focus is in that region. Very deep breathing and calmness is a necessary requirement.

Itotally agree with you on that one. The Age of Aquarius is about the connection that each one of has to the other. That golden chord that connects our heart Chakras to each other does not come in any other color only gold.We can not allow ourselves to be grouped in to categories. Humans love labels. But labels and categories cause segregation. We are all gifted with many talents that must all be used together for the betterment of all mankind.
You can rest assure that going inward as IQ said is the only way. Focus more on ascending your spiral stairwell of soul evolution than on anything else in this Third Dimensional world and watch the Universe work for you.

IQ, great posts. Not a big fan of categories, 'groupism', or golden cages, as they tend to isolate and alienate. I agree, ORBMars...human do love labels. A little too much.

tamarind powder - if there is no indian grocer near you ask at an indian restaurant - east indian that is, not native american...another helpful thing for your pineal gland - and for your youthing/regenerating programs - is letting the sunshine hit directly ON YOUR EYELIDS daily. of course we are all being programmed to fear sunlight but 10-15 min a day sitting with your eyes closed stimulates the pituitary which regulates ALL the endocrine glands esp the pineal; and at the same time helps your whole body function in a healthier, more energetic way.. One thing that I have noticed is that OPP/Indigo kids tend to be attracted to me like moths to a flame. The relationships that I have with several kids who have large stelliums, prominent Outer Planets and/or Kuiper Belt objects are extremely paternal in nature. It's like they trust me more than their parents...------------------

Good post Kat! I have started out the sunlight technique for 2-3 minutes, will steadily build it up.
There are also chances of accessing the Pineal when we are absolutely exhausted from aerobics and are catching our breath. In that moment, when we focus on the Pineal Gland, you will sense strong magnetic vibes inside, and may even sense your Aura.One more interesting thing, outstretch your index finger and bring it close to a baby's forehead without touching, you will sense a magnetic current, that is because every baby has a well developed Pineal Gland [and a superbly developed crown chakra as well] Yes, those with many Outer Planet aspects will exhibit the "Indigo" characteristics, but at their core, they want acceptance and emotional support irresepctive of psychic gifts.
