Raymond thats along the same lines that I was thinking, that it was the mind's eye seeing patterns, colours etc because the eyes are closed.
My asc is at 14 Libra so Eris has an influence?I am also highly visual but my scoore highest at auditory processing in the V.A.K.O.G. tests. Have you ever done one? IP: Logged |

Where is your Eris placed?

Never heard of that test. I always had problems with auditory processing. In early childhood, I used to have auditory reversals that led to speech reversals. I have problems with remembering what I am told, and I have auditory input speech lags (needing time to process what's being said for me to understand). Auditory sequential,lecture teaching don't work with me.

Glaucus,I can very much relate to what you wrote there.
I think the only thing I donīt have is dyslexia. But luckily my parents never dragged me to any doctors, they just labelled me as "highly sensitive" with a "rich fantasy".
I`m glad they could see the positive aspect in it. I also had a high empathy for other people and could read their nonverbal signs very well. And yes, I have a very visual imagination, too, which sometimes carries over into sensatory hallucinations; for example I once read a horror story (which I should have NEVER done), I donīt remember the title, but there was one scene with a Pharao, a magician and burning someone alive. I actually still have this smell in my nose. Don`t know that scene really haunted me for months. Sometimes I see images in my minds eye, but sometimes I really SEE them when I close my eyes, even though I more often see patterns of light then. IP: Logged |

Quinnie,I don`t really know what this is, but it sometimes almost feels like electric pulses. I sometimes also feel like I am hit by an electric shot, or electricity is surging through me, and when it is gone, I know something I didn`t know before.
That sounds strange, but it`s like information or ideas or thoughts or even fantasy-images are being "shot" into my head, mind or whatever.
It`s difficult to find words for it. But sometimes it also seems to go the other way round, instead coming from the outside, shooting directly into my head (third eye to be exact, which is VERY sensitive area to me), it sometimes also comes up from deep inside as it feels, like from the bottom of my soul, but with the same electricity. Thats cool DD, you are a visual person. I was higher in hearing followed by seeing.
