I just checked my sons chart, since he is my favorite person, I'll say, moon in capricorn.

AMOWLS, was it you who said you like having your moon in Libra?

I have that, but it gives me no peace of mind. I'm perpetually emotionally confused! I'm glad you have luck with it!

Funny thing, i just went through all of the natal charts of people who i find the most charming and who i have the greatest affection for, and MOST of them had Moon in Aries! I never knew!

So i guess i should really be writing Moon in Aries for my top pick!

I'm an Aqua Mooner, by the way. Funny, but i have never heard anyone say they disliked an Aqua Moon. Coincidence? I THINK NOT!!!

Moon in Cancer - my moon sign, but the greatest friend I ever had is a double Cancer (asc and moon) with a Scorp sun. She is the only person who just "gets" me. Unconditionally, emotionally. We laugh and cry together on every topic. Totally in sync!

Moon in Taurus- the moon sign of my two other Cappy best friends. Both are very loyal and trustworthy, and are just there for me whenever, wherever.

Moon in Leo - So lighthearted, in a good way. Always can pick me up when I'm feeling down! MUAH!

my sun, moon and venus are in cancer. but my uranus in scorpio (asc ruler) in 9th is constantly putting me in extreme - feeling situations when combined with my cancer moon - like everything is matter of life / death, dependence / independence. i feel it that way.

i don't like my moon cancer as i strongly live in the past all the time! it is affecting everything in me, sometimes blocking me to look forward! have extremely hard times of letting people go from my life. but, you know, past is a comfortable zone to be in

yes it is strange about aries moons, as i personally don't really click with any kind of aries energy. but i have many close friends, with suns in earth signs (cappy, virgo), so maybe the true compatibility lies there?

i just checked my best friends' moons, and it is either aries, leo, or sag moon and yes, most of them are virgos, cappies....

my husband is one very stable earh guy, cappy sun, virgo asc, taurus moon

when it comes to earh signs, i adore them all! i did not mention taurus since it is a typical cancer/ taurus compatibility which really works, i wanted to mention other "not typical" compatibilities. aries moon is really present in my life and i cannot explain it why maybe it is not about moons so much, as maybe it has to do with other points in charts. perhaps ac or dc in friendship compatibility?

i am trying to "use" more of my asc. traits (aqua) in order to be able to live with my cancer moon....doesn't sound like a good idea perhaps, but with the solar eclipse just around the corner (my natal sun is on 28' cancer, so the eclipse will oppose my asc.), i feel my aqua asc. is getting strong!

lol I deal with them pretty well as i can deliver to them the same also but i guess me having an Aries rising and Mars in Aries deffintley helps me deal with them on a friendship level but when it come to relationships I prefer Earth or Water Moons.

aries mooners are great friends. although i have read about their promiscuity inclinations and know that they change partners like socks , i think that they tend to put a lot of effort in friendships.

I can get along with any moon sign with my moon.
It's sagittarius but squares saturn, giving me an understanding of both natures.
I'll be my happy spurious self. Then something will hit me, and for no reason at all, i'll think feel like I have no one to depend on. Why am I faking this social niceness? I want to be with someone... I feel so alone , like I have no one to trust.....
That is why I love moon in Scorpios! You can always rely on these people, and they will have your back no matter what!

I especially like when their moon is conjuct mars or uranus--!

I love leo moons when they aspect saturn. (my guy friend has this) I love taurus moon because they're loyal like scorpio..& they love me because I like them am a venus ruled sign.

I am not entirely sure why, but I form really strong bonds with people who have sag moons and cancer moons.

In my experience I also really do not get along with aries moons. Very quickly I want to shove their head into the nearest pot of soil. It's just not serious enough for me.

I have Scorpio Moon
I'm not sure if i ever paid too much attention to moon signs for friendships and stuff. I can't say i like my moon sign much though. I remember when i knew very little about astrology and found out i had my moon in scorpio i was like 'awwwh man i don't like scorpio! its a water sign!' My best friend has the same moon and i can say that we are both paranoid. Which i laugh at because she's an Aries and yu'd think an Aries couldn't be bothered with paranoia! She always says we think the same! It's kinda true.

What i like:
For the most part i guess I like Libra moons (well the people i've known) because i like how social and talkative they are. They make me feel at ease when it comes to conversations.

My moon is in Pisces and I find I get along well with Cancer moons and other moon in pisces people. These are the two I feel most *emotionally* comfortable with and I am able to open up to these people most easily. Saggie moons I like, too, probably because it's my Sun sign. I find I attract and harmonize with Libra moons but I do not think we are really that compatible emotionally; they are into balance and helping others like me but it doesn't go deep enough IMO. It comes off as artificial. I like Leo moons, they are fun! But I cannot get close to them. Taurus moons and I get along as well but I am more guarded with them than with Cancer, Pisces, and Sag.

I don't know anyone with a moon in Scorpio! I wish I did; I think we would get along great. Especially because my Venus is there.
