My family is having a huge problem. We bought this duplex 9 years ago. Electricity was a problem since the beginning. Despite having only 60 square feet our electric bills are around 4 times as big as our neighbors. The whole building has only 3 apartments and was built in 2000 so there was some murky busyness in which my family refused to participate in. Basically , around the third (or more) of the electricity they spend goes on our bill Can anyone tell me when this mess can be cleared up? And when will selling this apartment allow us to start over with our lives? Apartment is already on the market but the recession isn't helping out our situation. I am begging anyone who can tell me anything that can be of help to come forward, it would really mean a lot The majority of the apartment is owned by my mother. her natal chart her progressed chart her solar return chart if there's any additional data you might need please do tell. ------------------ if you want to see my chart paste: i41.tinypic.com/29z8u2w.gif in the adress bar of your internet browser IP: Logged |

could someone from your apartment building be using your electricity? or someone from the electricity company could be putting their account onto yours. IP: Logged |

Nothing to do with astrology. Take action to resolve this issue. Call the electric company and ask how you can go about looking into this problem. I'd suggest hiring an electrician to figure out what is going on with the electricity. Maybe just an inspection and consult. Since this is an apartment, could you inquire about how the electrical system was built? I think if you step up and do your part by taking action, your problem could resolved within 2 months. If you continue to view it from the pof that something will magically happen to get this home off your hands, I think you will keep it for much much longer. IP: Logged |

someone from the electric company is involved so they are all washing hands from it, noone is saying anything. they keep walking us from clerk to clerk and they all say they can't do anything. we already got an electrician, and he , off the record, admitted that there's something weird going on. the counting thing is fixed up from inside. and that thing can't be opened unless the seal is broken and that's considered a crime. it feels like we're mice in a labyrinth with no exits IP: Logged |

Evander, You need to make a lot of noise about this. Keep talking to the electrical company. Complain bitterly both in person and also via mail by writing complaint letters. Ask to see supervisors, managers etc. What country are we talking about? There are consumer protection agencies in most countries. You need to find such an institution, agency and work with them. Do not hesitate and do not give up trying to resolve this. Let me know where you live and I'll try to do some research - maybe I can help. IP: Logged |

Hey Yin. I live in Belgrade, me and mom are trying our best to handle the situation but it's not so simple. Around here things tend to work like in Kafka's "Trial" book. A lot of mazes, people ignoring you, especially in public services. And they don't even read emails. Nor do they have a real service for this kind of situation.it's a pretty bad situation. can someone please check the charts to see when can we sell this place and just get away from this mess? There's someone who knows. They fear losing their position if exposed. You can use that to your advantage. Someone's related to someone. Your mother knows. There's a lot more to this. Someone will listen, but it'll take time and persistence - really persist. I don't see you selling the place for quite a while.Wow. This injustice really gets my blood boiling. Sending you love, Angels and help. IP: Logged |

Thanks for taking a look PA . We'll try to do our best to clear this whole thing. Sucks about the sell but what can you do. Once again the Windmills wait for our attacks.

Eavander, I am from Bulgaria. Believe me I know what it's like to deal with bureaucracy in those parts of the world. Your best bet is to find an inside person. Do you know anybody who knows anybody who knows somebody? That's how it usually works. Bribes help too. Either that or pray for somebody to take mercy on you. You can't just sit on it though. You have to fight! It's the Balkans. Balkans mentality. People write books about it. IP: Logged |

Yeahh, it's very hard to deal with it. Unfortunately electric company is a place where even some of the more connected friends of the family don't have anyone. Electric company should change the dial that measures our spending after we provide the evidence. But my worry is that the fix up is in the walls, Since this apartment and the apartment next door were originally 1 apartment and then it would be virtually impossible to fix. I'm just praying this place sells, because we can't make it through the winter. Btw Yin, I've been to Bulgaria 2 years ago. From a tourist perspective it's not bad at all . IP: Logged |
