You don't know how much I wish this was true.
Not only I have Pluto square my Jupiter, Mars and Venus in Leo. But all 3 are in my 2nd H.
Two of my friends are born 2 and 5 days earlier than me so they basically have the almost the same natal chart with different Moon and house signs. None of them is close to being rich. One was too poor, worse than me, but her boyfriend has offered her lots of things (a home, presents, money) she doesn't even work. He is not rich by any means but he is doing fine financially so she has an easy life. To her it feels like she is rich.
My other friend was born into money but she didn't chose her parents' career. So she works hard to get a little more than the average salary. She could be rich and she wants to because she is used to a better lifestyle.

● Jupiter/Venus in 8th H
● Pluto in 2nd H or 4th H
● Personal planets in 6th H
From my personal experience these above placements are the ones I see when it comes to people I know (personally or not) who are millionaires. I know lots of people but keep in mind many of them (usually the elder ones) do not know their birth time.
The order is not random. Mercury in Aqua is the most common for some reason, even though it's too generic. And these people are self made. My aunt told me once that all the millionaires she knows (i know them too) are Aquas. She met a man who was a millionaire a few days after and she was like "I already know your sign.. it's Aqua" and he was indeed an Aqua. Of course not all rich people have Aqua Mercury but it feels like if you have an Aqua Mercury you will become rich (or financially comfortable at worse) in a young age.
I suspect Jupiter in 4th or 7th H is another indicator, but I know very few with these placements who do not have other lucky natal aspects when it comes to money so I'm not sure how strong it is by itself.
Jupiter in 2nd H never works. Not just for me but for other people too. The only time it works is when it co-exists with other placements, for example Pluto in 2nd or 4th H.
It would be interesting if you could post their natal charts (assuming you can find their birth time).
