I have neptune, mars, venus and pluto all aspecting each other and people call me a sex goddess. Lol. Just kidding.

To answer your question, I think Pluto aspecting the ascendant, scorpio rising, and venus in scorpio play a role. Neptune in the first can make someone mysterious and exude charisma. One of my friends has this and she turns a lot of heads when entering a room.

Mars in Aries in the first house would probably exude raw animal magnetism.

Any eighth house planets would probably up the sex appeal. The ruler of the eighth house in the fifth also works.

Yeah, pluto in aspect to a venus/mars conjunct does add sexiness. But the opposition AND the square are also hot. It's the inner friction which translates as seething sexiness.
I've seen Pluto aspecting it and making the person seem very frustrated with the energy - probably because of a lot of hard saturn stuff in the chart.

yes, definitely some uranus! i vote for neptune, uranus AND pluto mixed in with personal planets,

pluto DEFINES magnetism, neptune throws the glam all over and uranus is just brilliant!

aspects, well that depends on the beholder to large degree...

The most intense case of this I have ever seen was a friend of mine growing up, she was not very pretty, or clean. Almost every man that saw her, wanted her. She had venus conj mars 0 deg in taurus in the 8th house and pluto in the 1st. I never understood it from looking at her, it was just the raw sexual energy that she gave off.

Well according to all that's being said here, Angelina is a DAWG compared to me, lol. I have Sun/Merc (ruller of 8th)/Mars/Venus stellium (2 deg from start to finish)

guess it'd make sense to state something like if an aspect might confer sexual attraction in synastry, that same aspect in a natal might make the person seem more sexy/magnetic.. the threads about "hot sex aspects" etc. you could assume those same aspects in the natal for what you're wondering.

but one size doesn't fit all

I live with my venus/NN/hygiea/lova/mars stellium in tight conj. All of it trine my saturn. Sorry but I cant say how other people looking at me,,,,

nobody say I'm special sexy or magnetic. But I should not say I'm not looks like that because maybe it just be there....

Sun conjunct Mars is a good one. Had an exact sun conjunct mars double whammy with a woman once and the chemistry was so thick between us you could cut it with a knife.

Remembering another person who had a lot of sexual energy and charisma, my 1st husband. Looking back at his chart, no venus mars or pluto 1st/asc. But he has pluto square the sun 1 deg and moon. So what about sun pluto aspects?

i wouldn't be surprised by sun pluto aspects,

i always usually find girls very attractive with there sun on my pluto.

its an underrated attraction aspect in general i think.
