Im a venus in gemini, and now that I think about it we might actually be fickle in love and lead people on and then change our minds.. hmm I just realized this cause I think I have ****** off alot of girls in the past.. although Im not at all immoral or unfaithful and not superficial either.. well everyone is to a certain extent but Im not in excess

On topic:
Stephen Arroyo once wrote about another position, Mars in Aquarius, and how different the reactions were to it.

One woman was going on about what cold, mean, heartless, untolerable players those guys with Mars in Aquarius were.
Another woman expressed their surprise, as she knew some men with Mars in Aquarius and found them to be stimulating, friendly, easy-going and refreshing.

I don`t know anyone with Venus in Gemini (well, not that I know of). Interestingly my 7th house is in Gemini.

My friend has Venus and Mars in Libra, and she can`t stand Geminis.
Well, Gemini is in her 12th house, and her Venus and Mars in Libra are conjunct Pluto; so in this case the aspect to Pluto may have been stronger than the compatible elements.

I was thinking something along the same lines since the OP often comes off as an a$shole.

My two cents as a gemini venus: I'm definitely not cold (if all the water in my chart accounts anything) but when something doesn't work out for me, I'm very good at mentally picking myself up and moving on faster than you can say OVER....even if the 'emotional' moving on part comes later. You won't hear from me to 'stay friends' or in touch because I don't believe its good for the process.

I didn`t get the feeling you "hate" Venus in Gemini-people.

Since I noticed a tendency to "bash" a certain sign here, I just wanted to say something, cause I think it`s not fair.

I don`t doubt for a single moment that you have had these bad experiences with Venus in Gemini as others, but that doesn`t mean that these people are bad through and through.

Other people might be getting along with them better.
And even if this example you met was cold and hurtful and all these things, it doesn`t mean that every man or woman with Venus in Gemini is like this.

That is exactly the point.

BTW Venus in Gemini isn`t for me either, and I have Sun, MErcury, Mars, ASC and NN in Sag and Moon in Aqua, one should think I would feel at least attraction to Gemini`s - but nope. Not there.

Or maybe I just have never met the right Venus-in Gemini, who knows?

I actually like that superficial behaviour and how they are detached, maybe cause of my gemini moon but i dont get along with sun in gemini at all.

But maybe its the combination with her capricorn moon. Theyre not very demonstrative with there emotions. We have fire which is also energy and the go-go-get-whatever you want attitude to life and we put energy and effort but theyre a bit *slow*.

i think the moon in capricorn may exacerbate the coldness. i had a thread about unemotional people and one was about moon in capricorn. i can understand why someone would perceive them as such.

as for me i can see how someone can see me as fickle with certain people. one day i'm their best friend but next day i'm cold and distant. if i'm cold and distant it means that person did something to hurt me or bore me to death but i don't want to get into it so i'll just shut down from them. a friend of mine once yelled at me unexpectedly and he didn't think it was a big deal as he was apparently upset with me, but i was irrevocably hurt by him. he yelled at me unfairly and thus i just distanced myself from him. no explanation just one day it was like i don't want to hang out with you anymore i'm gonna go hang with other people.
