Seriously though...Turn Ons:
Coming clean. A total lack of inhibitions. Having Jupiter cnj Mars, I like to push myself - get to the point where I feel like any more would kill me, only to realize that point was just the beginning. When it's all over, I'm a sweaty mess physically, and exorcised emotionally and mentally. I need emotional excitement. I'd say I'm more passionate than sensual. This is probably due to my Moon influence (most aspected planet), plus it squares Uranus so I'm at home with adrenaline rushes. My Scorpio Asc makes me like that too. And for any asteroid lovers, a major influence on me is having Lust in Sco cnj my Asc, trine Eros-SN, and sextile Amor-NN. I do like slow, light caresses and kisses as a way to get me emotionally excited. That gentleness excites me because it gets me to the point where I *need* more. With the vast majority of my sexual encounters, I experience that need before any physical contact. That desire triggers my need to be physically sexual.But if I'm not yet feeling that desire, then I like light, controlled touching to build my desire to that point. I'd say this is my Venus in Cap influence. I like the slow assault on my reserve. I think Venus in Cap also makes me turned on by devotion. My SO and I both have tendencies to be too self-sufficient, to pull inside and away from our bond with others when feeling stressed. When I sense him doing that I like letting him know I'm here, either directly with words or through touch, to pull him back out to me. He does the same with me. We're very compatible in that way. He also has a Cap influence. However, this may be Chiron instead/too. We both have Chiron on our Venus/Mars midpoint. Sex has definitely been the main way we've spoken to one another's vulnerabilities. There's more and I'll probably be back to add.  Turn offs:

I love your preferences also.. I know what you mean re: Capricorn and the slow build up. I do take things slowly depending on the occasion, but I still have an aversion to "light" touches.Maybe that's weird ^ lol Basically - I'd still rather the touch to be more like nibbling than just caressing.. for example. quote:

Moon and venus in sag conjunct in 8th and I agree with Teasel and Nightingale. No violence of any kind -- verbal or physical. I alos prefer my sex simple and down to earth -- no gadgets etc.
And yes, that was me that was turned off by sex to get pregnant. lol. It is hard to explain, but it would make it seem so weird to me. I can't imagine being excited in order to complete a task. It would take all the sexiness out of it for me and I wouldn't be in the mood anymore.

I didnt see this topic!Ok well ummm.... I have venus in leo in 12th and mars in cancer in 10th. I love any kind of sexual activity so as long as its not boring and some what unusual. Im different monday and im different tuesday. I love roleplay! I love dressing up and i dont mind light bondage once a blue moon. Can people be more succinct in their posting please. Noone's going to read 5000 words on fairly brief subject like this. I certainly couldn't write my magazine column like that. It would get out of control. Right, i've been made up to moderator. Just waiting for the name change now. So hopefully i'll be making a few changes, but nothing too drastic so don't worry.Mars in Scorpio (5th) - I like subtle and demeur woman. Quiet intelligent types. Assertive but not a loud-mouthed sl@g etc. Intense and deep. Loners. HATE followers. Venus in Sagittarius (6th) - I like quick to act people. People who act quickly on their impulses. Who don't take ages to decide what they like. People who know what they like, and chase after it.
If you could all try to emulate the style of post i've just written there. It will eliminate 'clutter'.

Cancer rising here too and yes the possessiveness is appealing however with my airy Libra sun if it's too aggressive, it turns into something ugly. I like to feel wanted/needed and that my partner feels that I belong 'with' them not necessarily 'to' them if that makes sense.
But then I square myself and oppose myself with Sun, Asc and Moon so I'm always at war and hardly ever make sense to myself let alone anyone else! IP: Logged |

Really though, my favorite way to use astrology is holistically. Like taking you for example, PDF. Your Scorpio Mars in the 5th isn't just that. It's within the chart of a Sag Sun/Leo Moon/Cancer Asc (and everything else). Each part of ourselves gets our meaning from the rest of us. To expand on your analysis, I'd say that having your Mars in the same element as your Asc shows that's the part of yourself that you feel most comfortable bringing out in your relationship with others.
