Sorry I actually found the article now. Hes claiming chiron must not be in negative aspect to jupiter and the nodes or vice versa.. Using a 3 degree orb.This is at the time you conceive! Changchiu you will understand this better than me quote:

If I translate right ;
When we decide to conceive healthy and physical. and physolog. positive babies there should not be hard aspects between CHIRON,JUPITER and TRUE NODES.(natal or transit)Positive aspects always brings healthy and positive babies,also succesfull..And between these aspects degree (orbit) should be less than 3 degree...

Before the 5 th house in natal chart ;couples should look their vedic rules.5 th house can be powerfull but if BEEJA and KSHETRA is weak then there is a danger to have baby.. BEEJA for Men sperm quality
KSHETRA for Women ovum efficiency.. If BEEJA is weak and KSHETRA is powerfull;baby can bring late years.. For men ;Sun leads to conceive and Venus controls the semen flow.These two sign rulers should be in masculine signs..
For women;Mars controls the blood and Moon controls baby's strength..And these shuld be in feminen signs.. I will contin..I hope my translation works..

For Men Chart;
Sun + Venus + Jupiter = longitude(in Vedic Chart) and give off from the 360 degree..Result sign will be Beejasputa..For Women Chart;
Mars + Moon + Jupiter = longitude(in Vedic Chart) and give off from the 360 degree..Result sign will be Kshetra Sphuta... IF BeejaSputa in masculine sign and in Navamsa chart masculine signs have good aspects;Man is powerful enough to have baby.. If Kshetra Sphuta have feminen signs in Rashi and Navamsa chart then uterus will be good and healthy for baby..Hard and weak planets shuld not be in aspect with these points..And from Beeja and Kshetra Points ;there should not be in harmful planets in 5 th house..IP: Logged |

You are quite right to think that way. Here is also another astrolog presented the same kind of theory that the destiny is actually coded at the moment of conception, or in other words when the egg receive the sperm. Anyway according to his theory if you know the day that you conceived it is ok. He does'nt ask the exact time. But it is often being night time anyway
The couples who are trying to have a baby usually happen to know the time. Because a woman actually can conceive in 2 days in a month. Also as far as I know he has some friends, phsycians who are able to calculate the conception day. Even fast planets like Moon that stay in the same sign for 2 days that would allow you see the hard angles. I don't know why you need to know the minute. Yes we are also talking about the baby's life in the future that is being determined by the time it is created. The penetration of sperm into the eggs is being affected by the vibes from the universe. That's the theory.
That's also explain why the same charts would not produce the same kind of life. Because the conception chart would decide what will happen in the baby's life.In his theory, mother's chart must have its best transit time. Her Moon, Chiron, and especially North Nodes should not be afflicted. If they afflicted by Saturn it means the baby would die or would not have a healthy life. He noted that the affliction by Mars caused miscarriages.
So the rules are here:
1- Transit or natal Jupiter, Chiron and North Nodes must not be afflicted with each other. Orb tolerance is 3 degrees.
2- Transit Saturn in no way must be in a hard aspect with (conj. and square he says) N. Nodes. 3- Transit Nodes and Natal Nodes mustn't be in hard aspect. For example, a healthy baby, was born on a day that Transit Jupiter and Moon is passing over natal North Nodes. And natal Moon is not afflicted. Also there is a trine between transit North Node and Natal Chiron. He gathers that the baby will be a healthy and successfull one. He says if everyone aware of the transits and watch the time carefully there would be no bad or unhealthy people in the world.
Now he gives another sample for an unhealthy baby. He comes from a good family but his chart does not say anything about his illness. But his creation time says a lot  Keep in mind that we are talking about his mother's chart)
1- T. Nodes square N. Nodes.
2- T. Mars on North Node, T. Saturn on South Node square N. Moon. Therefore there is a big square here.
3- At the same time T. Jupiter square T. Chiron that also creates negative energy for the conception which is not a good time. If you have any further question I can ask him.

I could not draw the my vedic chart..There is no vedic chart in astro.com,or I can not see..
I want to calculate that degree..my mars in saggy and my moon in aries and these are masculine signs

When you go on astro.com click on zodiac and click on HINDU.Than press enter to view chart and it comes up with that vedic chart. Im not familiar with it at all though.

My friends friend just gave birth to a still born and I had a look at the time she fell pregnant. And chiron, jupiter and north nodes were all in good aspect but when she fell pregnant she has saturn EXACTLY square moon.IP: Logged |
