I agree with most of what IQ has said about so called Losers, I wouldn't use that term myself though. I'm more familiar with the word 'waste-man'.

I have worked with disaffected young people, volunteered in a suicide helpline & worked with refugees. The work with the young people & refugees involved utilizing counselling skills, advocacy, advice & brokerage to *empower* the clients to *help themselves*. To help them identify where their strengths reside & to work to improve their challenging areas. The clients were left with practical, transferable skills that helped to boost their self esteem & ultimately improve their quality of life.

I volunteerd with the suicide helpline so I could offer comfort (through listening) to those who were lonely, distraught or those who wanted to end their lives. The basis of this work was to respect & honour the wishes of the caller. I was just there to listen.

With the reiki & reflexology that I do, my role is to act as a channel for the energy (reiki) and to remove blockages/stimulate reflexes to enable the clients body to *heal itself*.

The common thread with the work I do is that they are client focussed roles. I'm not forcing anyone to do anything, the client is in charge of the outcome. My sensitivity (3rd house Pisces Moon & Chiron on my south node which is also on it's own south node) is grounded in practicality & over 6 years of training.

I have worked with a using addict in the past & will never do it again. It's emotionally draining & demoralising. I have untold respect for those who can work with addicts but it's not suited to my personality.

This here Pisces Moon is nobodies saviour & refuses to be a victim.

Its funny because in a way I have a Pisces Moon, one just not quite so easily programed....but there does exist in me an "excessive empathy" and a "sympathetic nature"...that has alot of times left my body somewhere in a ditch. And whats funny bro is I always come back and pick myself up and start over again...and Im always like..."****** Losers!"..and eventually I find myself back on my feet and free again.
Such is the way of the Sun in the 8th house though I suppose....
At any rate your words in general speak clear to my centre...you remind of this scripture... At Matthew ch 11.

*sighs* I guess it`s jsut the term that I don`t like.
I agree that one`s time should be dedicated who really WANT help, but though I don´t approve of manipulative people, I feel it is wrong to keep compassion from them.
There is a reason they have become that way. It is sad and maddening that it has come so far with them, but I can`t help but feeling compassion with the child they once were, and that had been so tremendously hurt or misguided, that they became manipulative, addicted, etc.

I will never call anyone LOSER, cause I just find it insulting, oversimplyfying (especially in terms of the complexity of the human character) and paving a way into utmost judmentalism.

Cause you know, I am a loser, too, to everyone who thinks being married, having a driving licence, hopping from party to party, and worshipping the God Mammon is THE way to live.

That is what I mean, the term loser is dependent on one`s own view on life and the conviction that one`s own way is the only right one, and everyone else is, well, a loser.

we all have our "triggers"... frequencies we carry that could benefit transmutation.
Those beautiful "losers" are merely being a perfect reflection of what you carry with you. They are doing their part perfectly based on what you are energetically requesting. That is the way of One.

BTW, I wont comment on Pisces Moon Men. They have a very peculiar charactertistic. My uncle is one. I sit with him, explain step by step what is happening, how he is being exploited etc etc and he tells me he understands, and then deliberately continues to be exploited, and complains about it.
I sense they like being able to play victim righteously after being exploited. An Aries Mooner guru of mine advised me, "they are happy being sad, and if you try to make them happy, they will happily make you sad".

@DD, your a winner, you have set goals and worked on achieving them without harming others. You have also overcome social programming, that is a double victory!
