If tight enough I`d say that you probably met your Twin in a past life, or at least a very profound soulmate experience took place.

SN MC conjunct SN Vesta is a very strong indicator for a highpriestess I`d think. MC = highest point in chart, visible, public eye; Vesta = the priestess.
Probably involved in fertility rituals, too. (Vesta`s priestesses, before "domesticated" by the Romans, were sacred prostitutes, providing tantric sexual experiences). Probably it would be interesting to see where Inanna, Ishtar, Astarte and Kaali are in this regard.
