letram...8th house is important in this sense too. Basically 8th house, 8th house ruler, anything in Scorp or Pluto aspecting personal planets will, I think have this kind of effect. A lot of my chart is influenced by fire and earth but my sun is in the 8th, my ASC ruler is at a critical degree in Scorp, and the closest aspect in my chart involves a Pluto scorpio. All in all I feel super super Scorpio even if not much is pointing to Scorpio in the most obvious way. IP: Logged |

hmm, well my 8th house is empty.its ruler is either uranus or neptune resting in my 5th/6th. neiher touch pluto. as for my pluto, its in scorpio and squares my asc possibly exact in appraoching aspect. it rests in my 4th house, i read this makes me a "plutonian at core" but i kind of wrote that off. my pluto sextiles my mars by 1 orb nearly.. thats it. well there you have it! Pluto is a higher octave of Mars so a sextile between them, especially in close orb will prob have a big effect. Mars is your drive and how you approach sex so pluto touching it "colors" it with a plutonian tint. ASC is also how you present yourself, so if Pluto is squaring that in close orb, again it means that Pluto is coloring the expression of that point. IP: Logged |

I agree with this statement. Not speaking from experience since I was actually pleased with this aspect of my relationship with my ex, but it all depends on the giver and the reciever (eg. each to their own). If you're pretty Airy, then the chances are that you may not appreciate the approach of a Scorpio.
You probably want to look at a combination of planets in the person's chart instead to get a better picture. I won't totally discount the sun, but its not the only factor. I read descriptions all the time that say Cancers only like soft and romantic sex. That's far from the truth for this Mars in Aries and 8th house moon...LOL. IP: Logged |

I couldn't tell ya what a Scorp is like. I know about Leo, Aquarius, Libra and a few other signs. But that is it.I have a strong 8th house emphasis in my chart and it could be Scorpio like......I've heard no complaints really. Well, I have never been with a Scorpio man.
However speaking as a Scorpio person...
I tend to be rather aggressive and even dominating when it is for sexual adventure only. I have never disappointed anyone sexually, be it men or the few women I have been with intimately.
And even though dominating/aggressive, I always took time to make sure any lover was satisfied too.
Whatever any lover wanted, I always delivered. Very few taboos for me.

I've never bought into the sun sign myth. Scorpios are people, just like all of us. It's the written trash that perpetuates stereotypes and likes to lump people and box them into stereotypes.

Mine from a long time ago had a huge Aries stellium as well and I almost felt sorry for him. My 23 year old brother has a Mars and Venus (I think) in Aries and eats really quickly, ridiculously fast. l for one am not discussing my sexual prowess on an open forum, aside from saying that i've never had a single complaint nor negative experience/reaction. Mind you, l haven't slept with many men so l can only speak personally about those i've encountered which is only 1 scorpio and 3 arians (relative to this thread).
