should i take Magi astrologies view of juno as a "short term" thing seriously? i mean neither myself or my partner have ever felt or desired this. we relate alot more to the traditional idea of juno, but i read an old topic and in that one people were saying chiron might be the one, in the composite we have Chiron-Juno-Venus stellium in cancer conjunct by 1 orb each. (while trining mars & moon and opposite uranus/saturn/neptune). we feel very long term, wether marriage is acheived or not. IP: Logged |

Juno is definitely more about longterm commitment feelings. Me and my bf's composite also has Venus/Juno conjunction (conjunct Mars and oppose Jupiter).IP: Logged |

In my Comp with my SO, we have Juno in Taurus in our 5th house. Juno - committed partnership Taurus - sensual and enduring 5th house - love, fun, & sex It's exactly square Mars in Leo in our 8th house. That square provides enough tension and energy to periodically throw us into the initial euphoric stages of a relationship. Sometimes that happens randomly & other times that follows a rough growth spurt. I agree with comica and can relate with your experience that Juno is more about long-term than a fling. (I think certain natal set-ups can make Juno prefer flings, but only bc it believes the permanent experience it innately desires is unobtainable in a lasting relationship. Instead, it gets the experience it wants in many short-lived relationships.) Your Venus-Juno-Chiron stellium in Cancer sounds lovely! IP: Logged |

that makes sense about the mars square!i wonder what all our oppositions mean to our stellium, and the trines from mars and moon (we havea grand trine, or kite) our mars is 3 scorpio, moon at 4 pisces, venus at 4 cancer with juno & chiron at 3/2 cancer. so there is a tight grand trine. but the point of the kite (venus/juno/chiron) oppose saturn neptune and uranus. our stelium is in the 12th house. i never hear anything good about the 12th house. i agree with the long term association with juno. do you two have any input on juno synastricly?

I haven't analyzed Juno synastry aspects very in-depth, but it seems that when aspected, it can arouse commitment feelings. Now it's just as jane mentioned, that how it is will depend on the natal aspects to Juno.IP: Logged |

What would juno conjunct mars mean? And juno conjunct saturn? I was thinking about how strong Juno's effects are in a long term relationship after I was checking the composite horoscope between Emmanuel and Brigitte Macron and it surprised me that they have a badly aspected Neptune: Neptune opp AC Neptune square sun, mercury and venus Then I saw a strongly aspected Juno which might explain why they felt this strong urge to be together and are still together? Juno conjunct sun conjunct venus and conjunct the MC (makes sense since they became a famous couple) IP: Logged |

Does Juno always indicate long-term commitment? I've this in our Davison - Juno in 3rd sextile Sun & Venus in 1st.I read this online: Sun sextile Juno: You have an opportunity to create an important relationship together. You'll both derive a lot of energy and vitality from your partnership, because the core energy of your connection is very similar to the qualities you're each seeking from this relationship. You'll both feel as if your connection embodies the type of values and goals you're looking for, which will make you both feel happy and excited at the prospect of sharing a future. Venus sextile Juno: Giving one another affection and getting along well should come easy to you two, because the way you'll naturally express your tender feelings for one another will be a good match with what each of you is seeking from this connection. In one another's arms, you'll find what you're looking for in terms of partnership and romance; in fact, if there are other more difficult energies at work between you, this one might help to alleviate them. Even when you're really annoyed with each other, you'll generally be able to remember why you're in this relationship and what you like about your sweetie. You'll each hold your connection in a special place in your heart, which means you'll both do what it takes to guard and preserve that bond. In general, you'll cooperate well and compromise when necessary. You're also likely to find that you're a good fit in terms of your values and expectations as related to romance as well as to your financial needs and artistic tastes. I would think the conjunction is even better. IP: Logged |

Juno conjunct Mars: Your mutual partnership needs are right in line with the natural drive and energy of your connection, which means you'll have little trouble asserting yourselves as a couple. You'll be a good match in terms of your shared sexual passion, and you'll have similar impulses when it comes to the ways you'll express anger, desire, will and more. You're likely to share the same goals for your relationship, and you'll pursue them with the same level of energy and excitement. These similarities could be both positive and tricky, however. If you're both impulsive in this relationship, always testing the limits of your commitment, your connection might not last under the strain. Similarly, if you're both into taking risks, you might put the relationship in jeopardy. And if you're naturally argumentative with each other, get ready for a fiery connection that rarely settles down! Of course, that will match up well with your partnership needs, which means that if you're both into a high-energy, challenging interaction, that might be just what you need to feel connected and engaged. Juno conjunct Saturn: Your mutual needs for partnership and security within the relationship will be a close match, which will make it easier for you both to build the kind of connection and commitment you're looking for. There will be constraints that come along with this, however. You might both feel obligated to stay in this relationship, even if you're a mismatch in other important ways. Even if you don't communicate well or you lack a passionate connection, you'll still feel as if you should stay together -- bound by a sense of duty or necessity. This relationship will bring both of you a very real sense of security, but one that is bound up with responsibilities and other limitations. You might find each other's careers or families to be an unwanted restriction on your own life and time; you might even feel your relationship itself is a restriction on your freedom, but you won't know how to disconnect from it, or you simply won't want to. Still, overall, the stability and security you'll get from this relationship will be right in line with what you're seeking from this partnership, which should give you both a sense of satisfaction.

ok just see that juno is in a wider orb(5degrees) conjunct mars, so that probably doesn't count, or perhaps as a less strong effect, but saturn is conj juno. IP: Logged |
