I just realized last night how good we are at crusting over our emotions. Me and two of my co-workers share this placement (one Gemini and the other Pisces) and it suprises/almost freaks me out the things we can supress to get on with our daily lives. And because of that, it always shows up as some GI related problem later. The Gemini went to the ER last night with severe abdominal pain. I, myself, have been dealing with hyperactive bowels on and off for the last three months (sorry for the TMI). That's my self-absorbed reflection for the day anyways...feel free to add in whatever you want. IP: Logged |

I knew one Virgo Moon, well. I am trying to think how he dealt with emotion. Yes, he wanted to push them away and go out and look at nature You know what happened with him. His life did not work in terms of relationships but he did not want to go deep and figure out WHY. He wanted, instead, to do an activity and try to forget the emotions. Is that what you mean, Benedict? ------------------ Pluto conjunct Dejanira, Girlfriend. IP: Logged |

Yeah, thats TOTEZ what I mean. *nods* Actually, going out into nature is probably the coolest way to deal with BS in your life. (Sorry if that sounds really dysfunctional...I can't help it! )IP: Logged |

I have a Virgo moon also. I am quite sensitive, but very good at suppressing my emotions on a daily basis. I am always there and willing to listen to anyone who needs to talk and try and help them resolve any issues for as long as they need, but I am absolutely hopeless at talking about me and the way Im feeling and my issues for any length of time. I put all sorts of walls up. I just can't seem to do it. Virgo moon? Pluto conjunct mercury? Sun conjunct Saturn? Not sure, but probably something I should work on.IP: Logged |

For me ,now, I HAVE to find out why I am hurting rather than do an activity to get away from it. I tried that for so long and it never worked or I would still be doing it ------------------ Pluto conjunct Dejanira, Girlfriend. IP: Logged |

I'm very empathic/sensitive myself courtesy of a Cancer Sun and a bunch of other crap but GAWD, talking about my own feelings is akin to the dentist trying to pull out my teeth with no novacaine. I can't do it either. IP: Logged |

You have the Saturn in the 12th house ,Benedict. You should come on the Sweet Peas forum and force yourself . That will be 100 dollars, please ------------------ Pluto conjunct Dejanira, Girlfriend. IP: Logged |

Jah, I actually thought of going there atleast 34085485 times last week, but then I decided not to for the typical Virgo Mooner rationalizations. Maybe I'll join in on a discussion when I wake up this afternoon. I'm broke though...can I give an I.O.U. instead? IP: Logged |

I used to be the same way, and still can be, until I finally say something (usually in heaving sobs as I've reached a point where I've just *had* it). Once the door is open, I have too little trouble talking about how I'm feeling, which leaves me feeling sorry for the people I've spilled to. I still try to skim over how I'm feeling, and then deal with it (again) when I'm alone, but I have a tendency to do things like burst into tears in the middle of a mall (I did that at age 22), or have to run to the bathroom in the bookstore to throw up. (TMI of my own, but for a few years now, along with other things, I've had stomach trouble, where things just don't settle and digest. I usually lose my appetite when depressed, unless I can force something down, and used to lose it when I would get really angry - because getting angry would make me sick, have me come down with a cold... no longer. Now it gives me my appetite back.) 6th house Sun (Chiron, Ceres, Mercury, opposing Uranus). Moon in Gemini in the 8th. IP: Logged |

Dear Teasel My stomach holds my emotions(Cancer moon/mars) This is not good at all, for me.I am trying to express anger, particularly and assertion in a direct way, more. I am doing it slowly. I think stomach problems, often, are about NOT honoring yourself. In my case, stomach issues are my compass for how my emotions are doing. ------------------ Pluto conjunct Dejanira, Girlfriend. Stomach problems are synergistically all about:1. not tackling aspects of your life. 2. swallowing instead of puking emotions. Of course it depends on whether you mean stomach or intestines because no digestion or assimilation takes place in the stomach IP: Logged |

Dave Chappelle is a virgo and has that critical sarcasm which i enjoy. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dave_Chappelle http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WbS9jZOlQjc

I agree. It's like another thinking placement.I do sometimes dislike people trying to probe my mind. Whatever I'm thinking is my own business , and I don't think people have a right to know. IP: Logged |

My best friend has this and I wish she could use logic with her emotions lol. But its also square Saturn and Uranus and conjunct Nessus in her 12th. She doesn't seem to want to mature emotionally, or she doesn't know how to.She still gets into bar fights and still acts like a mean girl... It's all a front. It's like she's still 16. IP: Logged |

This is interesting T and AG. Can I ask you a question? My friend with Virgo moon would very annoyed if I tried to ask "probing " questions. He would feel like I was being "intrusive". Is that what Virgo moon feels? ------------------ Pluto conjunct Dejanira, Girlfriend. IP: Logged |

Yes, I do sometimes. In fact, I'd rather someone learn about me via watching me over a period of time, than to ask me to talk on and on about myself.IP: Logged |

When I posted here earlier, I'd forgotten that my Draconic Moon/Venus is in Virgo - close to AG and T's Moons, I think. I have Mars in Pisces square my Moon, as well... IP: Logged |

It seems like an easier placement for people who have earth suns or are predominantly earthy to begin with. Its suppose to carry my Cancer and 12th house stellium through difficult times, but intsead I'm waiting for my brain (or appendix) to explode. In fairness, I haven't actually *done* anything as coping measure (like reading, gym/zumba, etc.).... because I haven't had the time. *sigh* So in the end, I agree that we probably aren't meant to be in the shrink's chair....its just not in our nature.
I also seem to have forgotten that my Moon is conjunct BML and the other 2 Liliths in the 8th....errr, that probably modifies things a bit.

No, she was given everything she ever wanted. She was really spoiled, even though her mother was poor (her father was never in her life). She was never given boundaries and her mom basically let her bully her into doing whatever she wanted (as in my friend would bully her mother). Her family does have a history of emotional problems, though. It passed directly from grandmother, to mother to daughter. IP: Logged |
