It's that Neptune in Scorpio hit with the Moon plus hard aspects to personal planets, plus something else..Neptune probably rules an angle..If she had Gem rising it might rule her 10th square to Merc which might rule her 4th...even then it's a wide square.. Check out Elizabeth Fritzl's chart, if memory serves she has Neptune in Scorpio horribly aspected. IP: Logged
