The same does not apply to Libra - which is a masculine air sign.. and all of the traits you listed as masculine such as confidence, being assertive etc -- are traits I associate with Libra. (Our first female Prime Minister is a Libra for goodness sake! lol I'm in Aussie Land).

It also doesn't apply to Pisces because Pisces is ruled by masculine planet Neptune -- generally seen as sexually unreliable (It is not a typically feminine trait to "sleep around" or "flirt around" or have 7-8 marriages).

But I just want to mention again that -- while I personally LIKE femininity and find it beautiful -- many people are unnerved by it.
Many men are also unnerved by it.
In today's world men are becoming more and more passive -- and they almost expect the woman to do most of the work. A great majority of these men are very attracted to assertive, seemingly masculine women.

So femininity is no longer seen as the epitome of perfection - as it was years ago, before anyone had heard of the word "feminism".

Except for maybe Taurus women and a few Leo women I know, Earth and Fire women are not very feminine to me. I can think of quite a few examples, though I'll probably be posting pictures sometime this week; I don't have time right now.
Air sign women are not particularly feminine, and definitely not more feminine than water sign women, but they are more feminine than the fire sign women who, though, admittedly, scorching hot, have tomboy personalities.

The earth sign women are the most masculine to me. Sure, some aries women can look a bit manly...example Lady Gaga, Emma Watson...even some Scorpio women look manly and similar to Aries women, I'm guessing because of the common Mars ruler, but even if they look somewhat manly their personality is definitely capable of being pretty girly. Doesn't happen with earth sign women. Even if a lot are beautiful, I still find that earth women have manly mannerisms. It makes sense because earth is stiff, solid, reserved, and somewhat serious.

CAPRICORN, SCORPIO, TAURUS

Fire and Air signs are masculine but the most feminine out of the masculine signs are LIBRA, LEO, GEMINI

LIBRA IS A VERY MASCULINE SIGN, it is Cardinal air exalted in the fatherly planet Saturn , they can be superficially feminine but out of the entire zodiac, Pisces, Virgo & Cancer is actually the most feminine both physically and personality wise
