My Saturn return is on its way. I was wondering if it affects Capricorn risers differently than other people, because it's the return of their chart ruler. Anybody wanna share some thoughts or experiences?------------------ *previously Izo* Every day is a battle with yourself, one you can never win, nor lose, nor abandon IP: Logged |

Everything involved with house 1, and should be positive. Personality change, change your looks, lose money (12th from 2nd) etc etcJust look at keywords for house 1, and then look at themes in your life involving these. No, I think it will affect your chart in the same way the other planets would. IP: Logged |

Well I'm Cap rising and Saturn is square to it, so I am a bit worried. I don't think it's going to be such a walk in the park. IP: Logged |

If you don't aspect the planets to house cusps, like Me, then you don't need to worry.

Hi Hera, People with Capricorn rising or Saturn in the first house don't seem to have the same difficulty with Saturn Returns/transits as the other signs. The reason for this is because those Saturn traits are prominent and already integrated into the personality. It's a familiar energy and one you are comfortable/confident working with. Of course Karmic events are activated with Saturn transits in which case you would just deal with it. transits make you strong and gives you depth of character. IP: Logged |

Thank you, Lynda! I hope so too. I am worried because Saturn begun oppositions to my Aries planets and I'm not taking it all that well. Soon it will square my Asc and at the end of those transits comes the Return. IP: Logged |

Yep, I'm Cap rising, Saturn in the 7th house. and my Saturn Return was excellent! It's like I suddenly had all this discipline and energy to let go of what I thought I "should" be doing, and anything in my life that was mediocre and where I was "settling"....and boldly pursue my real dreams. My career actually saw the most positive changes. I'm not always comfortable with Saturn energy, though...right now I have the square (tSaturn square nSaturn), plus Pluto on the ASC opposite natal Saturn, squared Pluto....and I am having some troubles with my love life.
