Soo,I'm a meringue freak, and for the cake I posted you have to beat 6 egg whites until the foam is really hard, maybe throw in a pinch of salt. Add 5 table spoons of sugar and mix.
You should buy one small box of raspberry and one of blueberries. Save some for the decor.The recipe said that the filling was to be made with blueberries and raspberries mixed with canned whipped cream (ugh). So I used some of the previous egg white foam (about one egg white) and mixed the fruits in. Put baking paper on a tray, and with a spoon make three circles with the foam of egg whites (the biggest one should be about the size of the plate you're going to serve it on and the other two a little bit smaller). Bake for minimum 30 minutes at a low temperature in the oven. Let it cool and then mount as shown in the picture (no, it won't look exactly the same  ) Eat immediately, the fruit will soften the meringue in the fridge and you'll get time-consuming raspberry foam. Hey there. Im a taurus moon and was an unbelievable picky eater when i was young. Now I dont eat any meat, fish or poultry , no flesh and can be at times pickyish, so its correct for meIP: Logged |

Most Taurus moon or influenced people I know are picky eaters but it's more about texture than the taste. I was always forced to eat EVERYTHING off my plate, which was annoying when I was full. IP: Logged |

I'm a Taurus Moon too and I'm not a picky eater at all. (see my thread about Jupiter - lol) The only thing I can say in regards to pickiness is that when I crave something really badly, I can't stop thinking about it. I will go far out of my way to get food or ingredients to make the food I want right at that moment. So maybe that's my moody Cancer Sun and Venus pushing my Moon to eat a specific food...?IP: Logged |
