Scorpio might feel unappreciated. I have lots of Libran friends recently so I have not taken anger on that sign. I am a Scorpio and last thing I am is pushy.
Cardinal signs know how to lead. I have seen other Librans who have been honestly mean by arguing on cold hard facts.
I am Scorpio and I FEEL Librans are manipulative and inconsiderate of other emotions. However I would say every sign has good and bad. In somebody eyes wrong would be write as truth is at times just perception.
Anyone of any sign can be manipulative to their advantage. If you have been stung by Scorpio I am afraid you might have met unevolved one and hope you feel better than now.I can wish you good.I can't judge your life or your experiences. Recently I was told that I need to "hypnotise" people and I should read book on it while I was giving presentation for my business from Libra. I wouldn't do that just because I want people to agree on things because they want to rather than not. Full Stop.... Me Far Far away from being manipulative. Don't assume we are this evil , mean , meantal game player.Don't assume we are the world's best/worst sign person on this earth. Don't assume anything all the Scorpio negatives or positives come with astrology. DO NOT ever say we are Secretive. Ever...it drives up us to wall. You are just digging grave of the relationship by saying it. Don't be insecure about relationship with us. Don't tell us we are serious, in depression, or some psycho maniac who don't know how to have fun. Don't expect us to be jokers. Don't mess with us if you can't take our true emotions. Don't ignore us. Don't multi task, we can't do it and we don't appreciate when whatever other things you are doing is your priority. Don't ever try to run away on an on-going fight until you both have figured the solution and have agreed on amendments.

Libra will probably forgive you (being the nicest sign out there) but they will feel hurt and probably avoid spending time with you. Libra is the relationship sign so they make things work regardless and they value nostalgia Although most people don't talk about how forgiving Libras are, it's true. DON'T let them get away with their wishy-washy attitude all the time. Changing plans at the last minute is OK once in a while, but if they're doing it all the time, tell them how much it bothers you and that you feel like you're not a priority to them.DO have a spine of your own. Don't be fooled into thinking that they don't have one. It may be subtle, and soaked in charm and manipulation (yes, manipulation, Libras - I see you...) but it's still there. DON'T expect to ever know how they truly feel. To one person they're happy, while to you they appear angry or irritated. Their opinion changes with the wind, but trying to pinpoint how they truly feel or what they really think is impossible and will only anger them. I know one Libra who is very Scorpio heavy and yet another with plenty of earth and water placements. Then there's myself with a lot of Sag and a splash of Scorpio and Leo, and I interacted with one born a few hours later than me with the same chart save different ASC/Houses. We were all very different from one another, had different needs (or at least different emphasis on those needs) and different ways to react because all the other placements matter.Think on famous Libras: from Judge Judy to Eleanor Roosevelt, Gandhi to Will Smith, think they can all have a few super simple bits of advice on dating all of them from the one Libra you knew?
